Confortable room with good isolation and in very good conditions. Front-desk check inn team not friendly and polite. A smile and some active understanding of customer needs are in minimum expected. Good cleaning room service.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel. A special thank you to the duty manager, who was super-friendly and super-helpful.

I’m staying here for the 3rd time. This time was a less good experience. Receptionist didn’t seem in a good mood, not one smile, hardly said a word... The room was not as clean as the other times (floor, blankets). After the first night we got new towels which is great but they didn’t empty the bin (with the pampers of my son). I reserved 3 rooms (friends came with us), we all experienced the same.

The hotel is tired with the rooms badly needing repainting to cover dirty marks on all walls. Curtains were stained and bedding marked. Pillows are non existent and only half the size of the pillowcase they are in. Upon asking for more pillows as stated ok in Accor literature to be bluntly told by reception NO & that only 2 per room. Room was too hot and air conditioning would not blow cold air but was trying to work. Vent covered in dust and cobwebs Reception stating that hotel was too cold so wont come on and tells me to open window. Double glazing (if any) is useless as can hear all talking outside along with regular sirens. Last is non security where anybody can walk into the hotel unchallenged as reception desk not manned as they sit in the back room

If you want a basic clean comfortable hotel with a good value breakfast then this is for you. No frills Excellent location. Car park next to hotel reasonably priced. Lovely town centre and shops lots to see

The single beds are too narrow, the pillow (singular) is useless and the automatic entry system is a nightmare. Otherwise, it is very good for a budget hotel with a great location, convenient parking, clean and with friendly staff when you actually meet one. You need more and better staff cover especially at critical times. Your automatic entry terminal systems don't work efficiently and let you and your customers down. A bad or failed electronic entry experience will frighten customers off returning.

The lady at the registration when I arrived could have a nicer approach to guests. Clean and functional rooms. Hotel conveniently located. I consider staying again in my visits to the University of Aachen.

We arrived when reception was unmanned so self checked in. Very convenient feature. Room was ready and comfortable. Pillows could have been better but overall very good. Would have been nice to have had a hairdryer and tea making facilities. Breakfast bar good.

Better than I expected. Everything was very clean and in good condition. The best option for a tight budget.

Everything was clean and efficient. I liked the no nonsense approach, ie no check out, no cards / keys etc. Room was comfortable and met our needs. Breakfast was adequate and good value. Adjacent car park is very convenient.

Fair Price, Perfect location, clean rooms

There were issues with the check-in procedure, machine didn't take cards. We had to return later when it has been fixed. Otherwise pleasant experience with the room and breakfast.

From the start the staff remembered us from last visit and where very helpful .The room was ready so we could go in it was good and clean and warm .Breakfast was nice lots of choice and was relend when needed .

Clean room, bit basic but comfortable and a good price so no complaints.

I am pretty happy with my stay. the bed is comfy, etc.... but the shower door had enough crack to let the water drip out. I wanted hot tea at night, but I couldnt get it anywhere.
