I received an upgrade to a Suite without even knowing the hotel has Suites, very nice and spacious. As a Platinum member of ALL I received a welcome gift, had access to some food and drinks during happy hour. (The Executive Lounge though was closed - but understandable as there were only very few customer in the hotel anyway. Pool was nice, Fitness was good - quite new equipment. Friendly and helpful employees.

Hotel in the middle of Impact

I stayed for 2 night to attend event in Impact Arena. The hotel itself very very great location by walking distance to Event Hall, a lot of restaurant near to hotel. The outlets mall also walking distance. Room is modern. Breakfast is great, sit by the window you can see peaple walk around. Great place to stay.

Booked this hotel based on old reviews, they probably used to be good but this is not the case anymore. They are old rooms and not being well maintained that is more inferior than any 3 stars hotel. The air-condition for the building broke down, when we came back it was warm and pitched dark, there was only potable light leading to escalator, for a moment I thought I was in a haunted mansion. Went back to my room, air-conditioning for my room was not functioning as well and the room was humid and warm, temperature was 30 degree or more. No effort from concierge to inform us about this issue and I had to call the reception for at least 3 times within a few hours to follow up on the issue as we couldn’t sleep at all. It was frustrating. It took almost 3 hours for them to arrange us to another level with functioning air conditioning. Had to pack our bags at 3am to move room and the staff that came to lead us to our room came without the trolley and we had to hand carry our bags as we were there staying for 2 nights. Don’t expect any staff greeting in this hotel which supposed to be 4 stars; all staffs are extremely unfriendly, not just towards me but towards other guests as well. They have no initiative for recovery even when I checked out, there wasn’t a single apology for all the inconvenience caused. They were pretentious in taking down my email but nothing came in. For this price, you can probably get a much better hotel with proper basic facilities and services elsewhere in bangkok. If you need to be in Impact by any chance, give Ibis few steps down the road a try instead as Novotel hotel is disaster. Gave Novotel my first try but it will also be my last.

Goede locatie dichtbij een shopping center en restaurants, winkels. Dichtbij don Mueang. Goede prijs, nieuw hotel en vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Zeer goed hotel niet ver van de luchthaven Don Muang. Dit hotel is ideaal voor mensen die een massage opleiding volgen aan de Wat Po massage school. Onze kamer (ietwat aan de kleine kant) was op de premier executive floor en voldoet aan alle eisen die je als zakelijke bezoeker wenst. Goed en modern geoutilleerd met gratis en snel internet. Daarnaast biedt een dergelijke kamer vrije toegang tot de business lounge met gratis ontbijt, gratis snacks en drankjes (tussen 16:00 en 19:00 uur) in een rustige ambiance met een riant uitzicht over de wijk Wattana (10e etage). Het winkel schitterende Central Plaza Wattana ligt op ca 10 min (taxi a € 1) afstand en biedt een keur aan shopping mogelijkheden. Daarnaast heeft het Hotel een shuttle service naar diverse andere locaties. De 2 restaurants zijn zondermeer goed en bieden een keur aan aziatische en europese gerechten. Het ontbijt is zeer goed en uitgebreid, zowel op de executive vloer als in het algemene restaurant. De service kan zondermeer hoog genoemd worden en al het personeel is zonder uitzondering vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast spreekt iedereen goed engels. Vlak achter het zakencentrum ( aan de overkant ) ligt een open markt en een winkelcentrum. Koop daar vooral vers fruit als mangosteen, durian en longkong. Een goed en fijn hotel dat uitstekend geschikt is om even bij te komen na een lange reis en voor zakelijke doeleinden in de Don Muang omgeving.
