Paid extra for privilege king room. Very disappointed. Dirty net curtains and window sills. Toilet, sink and shower did not drain properly. Breakfast was fine and staff are brilliant.

Our maintenance and housekeeping manager will be checking this room and all areas you mention. I apologise for them having not been identified and rectified prior to your arrival. I sincerely apologies that you experienced the team as being blunt. This is certainly not reflective of the usual feedback we receive so I am very sorry you did not have the experience that should have been expected when interacting with them. Lovely hotel no complaints ! Staff where so kind and even upgraded our room! The beds where comfy and there was a cool bar down stairs that’s definitely worth a check ! As well as this it’s in a great location in the centre of town

Okay hotel, not worth high price but Fab location

Fab location however room 501 was a little tight, it didn't seem to be decorated to the high standard of the ones pictured which was a little disappointing. I was expecting high quality boutique style but we was met with a wardrobe which leant forwards, a wonky TV and a step I nearly broke my neck on when going to the toilet in the night. All in all I would stay again but don't feel I received the value for money that this room was sold for. I could have stayed in a Premier Inn or half the price and that decor finish would have been a better standard

We were very pleasantly suprised. The room was clean and comfortable, we slept very well! Staff were friendly, nice bars for a few evening drinks, and delicious breakfast in the morning. We can't fault it.
