Our maintenance and housekeeping manager will be checking this room and all areas you mention. I apologise for them having not been identified and rectified prior to your arrival. I sincerely apologies that you experienced the team as being blunt. This is certainly not reflective of the usual feedback we receive so I am very sorry you did not have the experience that should have been expected when interacting with them. Your feedback will be shared with the team at large with them being reminded of the importance of only giving the best possible service. I apologise once again this is not the experience you had.
