I did not stay with you due to COVID 19 quarantine situation!!!You were extremely unhelpful when I wanted to cancel my stay due to London COVID 19 lockdown!!!I will therefore never be using you again and have told all my friends that you're one of the few Hotel chains who did not give a refund or change of date option!!

It was as described, nothing more nothing less - room was okay just for sleeping, not much space, no view from the window - expensive, but it is London. Location was good

The hotel is excellent, lovely people at front of house and good service. I have one request, I am waiting for a call back on this, I left my mouth guard in my room (316) in a plastic container (I have to sleep with it) - has it been found? Many thanks C.

The Corona restrictions had already started to be applied. The staff was nevertheless professional and the hotel had hand sanitiser and had taken precautions already. I’ll be very happy to be back once all this is over and life can take its normal course again!

On the 91 bus route from Kings Cross close to the tube station. As an older building with one lift and a small breakfast area it is slightly compromised but this is easy to overlook given friendly staff and helpful reception.

Location was important to us, entrance area very modern, so was the ensuite but the bedroom needs updating, the lighting was poor, the bed wasn't comfortable and the furniture very old.

Hotel very well located next to bus stop and 2 tube stations. 5 minutes walking from British museum. In the small road on the corner 2 pubs one Italian and one Chinese restaurant, all great. Supermarkets close by. Pret a manger close by. Rooms ok. No noise. Staff useful, professional and friendly.
