delightful experience in the middle of London

well located, great breakfast, comfy bed. No complaints really. compared to other central London hotels, this place was a surprise. Easy to get to key sites, the tube and thus airport. The breakfast offered a lot of variety - even REAL eggs! Fresh and tasty. I'd recommend it.

refurbed room, but the rest is tired

Good hotel, stay could have been better

I stayed recently, the room was very nice, well furnished and fitted. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. However, the room heating wasn't working and there was just a small heater. I ended up wearing a shirt over my pyjamas and putting every towel I could find over the duvet as the duvet was just too thin. That spoiled the overall stay , which was a pity.

Extreme temperatures

Broken central heating, draughty/broken windows meant the room was far too cold to sleep in. The plug in heater was difficult to amend the temperature so was too hot.
