We stayed one night, at the start of our train holiday! The location is ideal for the stations, the staff were polite and helpful.. Unfortunately our room only had a view over a roof and the room was tiny.

Room cost was very high but room quality felt very cheap. Room quality did not make me feel like I was staying in a mercure hotel. Furniture was very basic. No room upgrade offered for Gold status member. Other than this things were very good. Excellent location, good housekeeping, very neat and clean, efficient and helpful reception staff, good breakfast.

I am sorry that we were unable to offer any upgrade on your stay.
