Front office service is great and tremendous, 9 in the evening the business center had shut down and I have some document to print urgently, a kind hearted receptionist help me print it free. I really appreciate that. However, the bathtub in the room is not clean enough I can even see the dust in it, the light in room is dark as well. The garage has enough parking lots which is great and convenient but the garbage station just locate next to the elevator in garage, it smells disgusting and I persuade hotel manager to smell it himself. Overall that’s a fabulous stay although it has some details to approve.

Friendly staff, spacious room, decent breakfast, reasonable price Upon checking in, a tour was given by a very friendly gentleman, whose name I cannot remember now, of rooms with different layout. There was sewer smell initially in the room we stayed, which was fixed after it was reported. The room was quite almost our entire stay, except the last night. There were a couple staying next to our room, spoke loudly late at night, which could be heard clearly in my room.

Overall the experience was great. The lounge was closed but they honored the lounge privileges in the restaurant. The staff and service was excellent. Would stay there again.

In general it was good, breakfast asl well worth of money. Regret rooms are worn out and needs to be refurbished. Take care about water supply and plumbing equipment - they are simply in bad condition.

Nice hotel for its class. Front desk service is very good. Location a bit out to the city centre. Surrounding eatery places is limited, very little choice. I would say it is for business hotel not for leisure.

one of the best hotel experience among chinese hotels. all levels of staff were helpful, nice and polite. very good quality breakfast. fast wifi and ethernet. comment though: bed too soft and room temperature too high.

This is my second stay in this hotel, everything is fine. Service good, room is a little small but very clean, no smell. Breakfast is good and suitable for western customers. The room charge is reasonable.

The location is just so so; new hotel, the facilities is so good. And the waiter's attitude is very good, specially in Jinan! The room was comfortable, if a humidifier in winter can be configured for the better, good breakfast, optional room more than the other, good coffee!
