Hotel workers are lovely. The breakfast area is not suitable for social distancing scheme even the customers were asked to come different times. The room looks older than we expected compared with the room rate but it’s acceptable still. We have been a regular customer that we experienced almost every types of The room/ villa there. Looking for something exciting next time. Thanks for spare mask and glove at breakfast time.

1. The bed is good, air condition is cool no dropping at night, nice view but the room is quite old , the stone were prop at jacuzzi quite dirty my son pick it up and I found it has somebody hair in there moreover smell of pee which is somebody pee at the garbage near by the jacuzzi. 2. Breakfast is ok chef at egg station no service mind and less staff to clear used plate on the table we clear it by ourselves even through they divided customer for 3 rounds 3.some staffs have good level of service mind. During time i stay there it was raining for the date i arrived and i ask staff for umbrella at the pool she just say it is in your room no umbrella to borrow around here and she walk away just left me is carrying baby boy 11 months who got the room at another building ( pool suite hotel where located opposite veranda)is quite far from the pool then by the time that need to go back to my room because my baby a bit tried and still raining I walk till lobby I find the umbrella by myself and walk back to building. 4. Check out was got the problem about agoda did not transfer money to hotel the staff told me something like that which your internal process but it deducted my husband credit card already and the staff asked my husband to do payment again in another way is we need to contact agoda to transfer money to them!?? But in the end manager come to apologize and she will contact agoda by herself.

I felt cheated and paid expensive for the poor experience

I booked a room through agent who told me to go and pick the room type from hotel website. I picked a family suite which looks nice from picture and there was no info that this room will be in a separate building across the road with no view, no sea no garden let alone any pool facility or even a balcony at all. I knew that my room was not seafront but did not expected to be in a building block as if in a condominium. I think this is wrong and was purposely hidden information the hotel didn’t intend to make clear. This is not good practice for businesses and dissapppointing for a large chain to neglect putting this clear info into the website. On top service was so so, I was charged extra for my 2 kids despite booking what was called a family suite and for very mediocre breakfast and rushed! Everyone was given one hour and must come during the certain time slot.

We had a great time. It is quiet enough even though the rooms were all fully booked during the long weekend holiday! We loved the room that is close to the pool. I would suggest two things that can be improved. 1. More kids menu at the pool bar and breakfast (e.g. fish dish) 2. When cleaning the room, please don't put the blanket on the floor to make the bed and then put it back on the bed without changing the blanket cover!

We’r so satisfied with the service of all staffs. But for the upper room ( Pool villa 2 bedrooms), the sound of air condition was so noisy. It’s too close to the bed and provided super loud noisy sound.

I fell calm and private when stay here, not too far from Huahin city center and there is a private beach which is very well for guests who travel with family especially baby / kids to enjoy the moment. Besides, the pool is very big and beautiful which is suitable for many families use this facility at the same time, not too crowd. In addition, breakfast is good and delicious (fruits are very sweet, I love them) and well-organized during COVID-19 situation. But I hope the reception staff who proceed my check-in would be more friendly and more enthusiastic than this. And we wait a little bit long until staff walked out from the reservation room, however, I can understood there are so many guests arrived at that time.

overall was satisfied, quite uncomfortable with parking lots, you have very few security guards or staff to manage parking for the guest, I have to find out where can I park the car myself especially when the parking was full. My room was made up clean but trash bin still left full :) Staff are nice and service minded.

The staff are willing to give us the best service which I’m appreciated but however there has some issue on my key card room. I can’t access my room for 2 times and need to return at the front desk to upgrade my key card. It’s a bit annoyed. For overall, I’m happy to stay at your hotel.
