very clean. friendly staff. walking distance to family mart, 7 eleven. we even walked to jonker street. u can get a grab for about RM 5 on non peak hours.

« Supposedly A Good Hotel »

I did not stay in your hotel. Due to the recent Wuhan Virus outbreak, I wrote to your hotel to postpone my trip. I booked 3 x 1 night stay. Mr Luis of your hotel was helpful to change 2 of my bookings. The third booking was booked by Accor reward points. He was unable to perform the change in his system. So he asked that I write to Accor. And when I wrote, Accor took so many days to respond. And they did by asking me to change with the hotel directly (despite me describing how helpful Mr Luis had helped me to change 2 bookings)... sigh....

« Good location and nice room size »

Overall excellent experience to stay here. But shower blind is spoilt which can not lift up and down after pressing the switch in the toilet. Besides, already liase with reservation department supervisor and agent about my requirements few weeks ago before check in . However, the hotel still didnt provide extra towels, toiletries and baby cot. Luckily I did remind the front desk staff to arrange the baby cot and also some extra toiletries for me. I would like to compliment the housekeeping staff who is Bangladeshi guy very helpful to offer extra mineral water for us when he saw me coughing and not look well. Thank you so much.

« The hotel is well located where many eateries at walking distance. »

Check in was smooth as it was not a weekend. Requested for a baby cot however it was not send over. Anyway, we decided not to take it at last.
