in alsancak, ibis hotel, covid measures do not have good enough implementation. tv remote did not be packaged as hygenic naylon bag and towels did not be changed every cleaning day. there were two towels in first day but second day only staied one towels. I urged the receptionist to keep two towels in every cleaning day but It did not implemented. My room numbers were 605 ( first accomodation ) 505

I have been staying at Ibis Alsancak for four years now and stayed around 50 nights i presume and the most impressive trait the hotel has is the exceptionally welcoming staff. I can mention the names of Mert Bey and Busra Hanim in particular but not limited to those two. Last Friday and Saturday i stayed at Ibis Alsancak right after the earthquake and i deeply felt the respect once again for their warm attitude and close attention. Best regards, Alper B.

Well located and friendly staff in Izmir. Also I still did not received my 550 TL debit from the hotel. (Waiting for 1 week) No one responded to me about this. I writed to hotel front office and back office more than 3 times. I hope I will not need to move the problem to the legal dimension.

Ibis hotels are very good, but need a little more attention for housekeeping.

The agreed price of this hotel is increased extremely high comparing to last year and most probably neither me nor non of my colleagues will decide to stay anymore with this price policy.

Rooms could be larger with more wardrobe space and more towels . 0.5 l water is more welcoming. Breakfast could be little cheaper.

Air conditioner was really loudy. And bed was not soft. I mean I felt like I was sleeping on a rock. I am not kidding. And the last thing is that I couldn’t get any receipts for my additional foods and beverages I consumed during my stay. As a finance professional I couldn’t understand how a hotel was not able to provide me a receipt although I have made the payment. And one of the guy explained this situation to me like this: “normally we don’t provide anything but for you we can extract a paper for you from the system” As I was tired of discussing this with the hotel staff which I think they are totally inadequate, I didn’t ask the question that how could I charge this expense to my company then?

It was a perfect stay as the previous 26 stays :) ibis Alsancak has a very convenient location; young nice employees and it is one of the best ibis hotels I know. It's very close to all kinds of public transportation, very close to all the attractions of İzmir. I can't make any suggestions for any improvements; it's the best.

I stayed for three days at the Ibis, and I was very happy overall with my experience. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and the location was convenient. I was disappointed with the lack of a comfortable place to sit in the room, and the room was constantly hot. There was no place to put a suitcase to be able to use it. But overall the stay was quite pleasant.

We stayed in Izmir for 3 nights....2 rooms. The Rooms were clean and fresh, however the rooms itself are extremely small. There is hardly any space in the room to move....I asked for an additional bed for 3 year old daughter and I was given a baby cot...Really? Also the card system was terrible....everyday we had to have our door card re-intialized atleast 6 times and the answer we got was - our system is faulty. The area was very good and close to the metro and restaurants
