Bathroom sink was not cleaned plus trash can was terrible .. only one towel .. there should be more towels.. room carpet is in terrible condition.. even hallway carpet need to be replaced .. other than that its ok

« Poor services and tardy management »

1. Pillows were crumpled, dirty and not changed since last visitor to the room. There was hair on the pillows 2. The concierge brought my luggage and dumped it in the place and did not bother to place it correctly or hang my suits neatly in wardrobe but left it below my suitcase to get crushed 3. Dinner from the restaurant took ages to come - the dessert was said to come in 15 -20 min, at end of 30 min it didn't and when I inquired, they say 5 min and took another 15 min! 4. the rooms now look old, the bathroom door for example was wearing off and cracked at the lower frame where the water has seeped in

I liked everything about my stay, food, breakfast options, dinner options etc. Few Things from my side. In Dinner Buffet Menu there weren't options of Indian Sweets to choose from. I mentioned my Accor ID at the time of check in and checked at the time of check out as well but still this booking is not linked to my accor id.

« An Average Stay »

I will post my google review about the stay. Hotel was comfortable and gym was the only good thing in the hotel. While stay basic amenities provided in the hotel as promised like toothbrush, shaving kit, buds, toothpaste, body lotion are not provided for whole of my 5 day stay. Breakfast buffet was not up to the mark. There is not even a single chicken or fish dish, all was provided are sausages which is meant to eat by foreigners. We as north Indian do not eat processed food much. SO, its a average stay.

Extremely well located, with a multiplex stone throw away distance. You can virtually shout to order your Sub, McBurger or a Pizza from Dominos besides local tea/coffee kiosks nearby. An extremely lively lobby and restaurant even at odd hours.

Room was next to elevator. There was some noise which came through. Room was okay. Toiletries were fine. Would have liked some towels in the room. Nothing spectacular. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed that. Checkout was smooth.
