Not clean at all! Bad service in the restaurant. Room very dirty!

Really bad experience in this Ibis Barra hotel. The only good thing is the location. In front of the beach. That's a bad thing, because Ibis is well known for being a business hotel. I was there for 8 nights for business and slept very badly all of them due to noises, people partying and kids and adults screaming in the halls. There only 2 elevators operating out of 3. It took almost 20 minutes for me to be able to catch it, very congested elevator and dirty. My room was so dirty that I bet they only made the bed and badly cleaned the commode. There was a lot of "body fluids spills" on the walls, side table.... I had to buy cleaning wipes and 70% alcohol and clean it myself. The bed.... OMG.... The mattress has little ball formations that you can feel with your body and feels like sand in the bed. Really bad! I had to ask for extra duvet and sheets to sleep on top of it. The service in the restaurant.... The food is awful and don't get me started on the service..... One night I went up to my room without dinner after waiting for a simple dish for more than 2 hours!!!!

Hotel elevator not working during the whole week. Lines to access elevators throughout the day. Has to use the stairs from the 7th floor to ground floor since the "down" button was not working as well. Hotel staff with no experience and providing different information. As a Accor member, could not get early check-in nor late check-out (even though staff mentioned a day before that there was availability). By far the worst experience I have ever had!!!

Air condicioner was not working. I have tried to call reception 4 times without any response. During the time I had at the hotel, reception was crowded. With 2 people in my room, house keeper has left only 1 towel. Prices at the bar are ABSURD! I do not recommend nor intend to return.

Dogs everywhere. Not the e try through Ibis but other hotel. Booked Ibis, was expecting going in through Ibis. Elevator incredibly dirty. Hallways very dirty. Rooms sub par. Sorry, missing towels, AC smelled bad. Hotel staff were rude and short. Breakfeast was subpar. People during breakfast were rude and everyone was rushing you. Incredibly dissapointes. If I knew this was going to be my stay through the other hotel, the breakfast changed, dogs everywhere I would have never stayed.

Location is fantastic. The check in was extremely long. Not just for us!!. Room was nice , but thd towels are very small and very unpractical after showering.
