High fall in the service and the quality of services provided (cordiality)

I felt a drop in service and the quality of services provided. So much for maintaining the room (it had a lot of flies and a musty smell). Another point is that I complained about the approach of the receptionist at night! I requested the revalidation of my card, and the attendant asked me if I had paid for the accommodation, in addition to stating very directly that my contract would not entitle me to receive the rewards. However, the other receptionist (Vinicius) that I made my complaint, promptly attended to me and as well tried to repair the inconvenience.

Noisy place and poor service.

I'm always have good experience at Accor Hotels , but at Novotel Barra is recurrent a non standard checking and checkout experience Seens like they are not part of Accor group
