ibis Rotterdam City Centre Hotel 3 stars

The location is really nice, the hotel not located on the main or big street so no noise during the night but the room is not sound proofed so every timeout can hear the other guests open and close the door.

This was a long overdue visit which was previously cancelled due to Covid 19. We were made most welcome with some thoughtful extras in our room and a voucher for drinks at the bar. We would not stay anywhere else in Rotterdam, we love the location and the staff are always so friendly and helpful.

Great location of hotel. Nice modern rooms, very clean and tidy. Hotel Team was friendly and helpful. But, offered parking discount for parking house next to hotel was a joke. 50% discount for hotel guest has been minimum expected.

Booking was easy. Phoned up hotel, because I am "old school", and wish to talk with a person instead of booking on line. Reception staff were very friendly and check in was easy. Room adequate, as normal. Ibis is of course not a luxury hotel, but fits the bill. All items that are required were there: Bed, desk, light, shower. Good enough for me! Location close to Rotterdam centre, Market Hall and pedestrian street. All good. Checkout was easy and fast. All nice people. This is my fourth or fifth time in the hotel, and I will come again!

It was nice to be back after the enforced break. The staff was as friendly (or even more so!) as always, helpful, welcoming and efficient. Fortunately the construction site behind the hotel is finally done and it's more quiet again. I really enjoyed my stay!

This hotel is at top location, near public transportation, shops, musea, bars, restaurants, but on a quiet street. the staff is super friendly. The rooms and hotel are very clean. check in/ out was quick and the hotel came up with a perfect sollution for not being able to have a buffet restaurant during COVID 19. I would stay here again!

Good bed and perfect location for someone who wants to visit Markthal. The towels could have a bit better condition. TV did not work..

Nice hotel, better than a usual Ibis. Friendly staff. Didn't try the breakfast. Contrary to what's indicated on the website, there's no bike storage, but the staff happily found another way to store my bike safely. Thanks again!

You just got a 7 because I booked the room and Checked in put never slept there

The only trouble I had (its not a big deal) is the difference when roomservice is coming in the morning. 2days they came very late but I didn’t notice them cause I was on 11 o’clock out of the hotel but on my last night in that morning they came around at 8 o’clock that was a bid to early. Otherwise very good beds great rooms very friendly and helpful people awesome experience.

The staff was very helpful in getting us settled. The food in the restaurant was great and the bartenders were very helpful. I loved the informal atmosphere of the bar area.

Great location, good value and excellent service

Anything that I could complain is water flowing in the lavabo. Concerning serves it is o.k.

I had to cancel because of the travel restrictions put on by the US. I had a non cancel reservation but because of the pandemic I hope that Accor will provide me with a refund.
