We expected a good service from this hotel and generally that is what we got. Check in was informal and it wasn't clear where to go at first - the 'front desk' was not manned, but there were two staff at what looked like the self check-in. I prefer to be checked in by a real person than a computer, so we asked to check-in and that was fine. We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant.

Lovely staff, great location for an overnight at CDG. Used the swimming and sauna facilities in the past (not this time) and they're great! Food, beers etc akin to Champs Elysees pricing and a bit dear other than that, will use again

if I have to stay close to CDG I try to book Pullman Roissy, as their quality is constant , starting for the great welcome, through the spacious rooms and well equipped bathrooms, wide range of breakfast items, and the easy check-out.

Good location close to RER station and Terminal 3, with free train to terminals 1 & 2. Car park full in the evening, and still in the morning. I had to park in a disabled space. Room quite nice - as expected for this upmarket brand, but bathroom door was off its hinges. Impossible for cleaners not to know, so no reason not to be fixed. Dinner was ok. Quite expensive. Service was only just ok - not great. Made worse by having to wait to be acknowledged or given a table, as greeter was also the person taking payment from diners who had finished their meal. Pool very nice, according to my wife, who swam ther for an hour or so.

« Poor Staff in Restaurant »

Bedroom was lovely. Bar Staff were lovely. The restaurant staff as per our previous visits were terrible, the lady who was there on our previous visit in August on evening service was unhelpful, slow and rude. For every morning of our 7 night stay I had to search and wait for coffee cups, coffee, then find milk which was no where near the coffee. the layout is ridiculous, the butter is not placed anywhere near the toast and bread. I only had bircher muesli on 1 occasion as it had run out on every other day, this is placed no where near the cereal and bowls, on the other side of the restaurant. We stay twice a year for a week for the Maison & Objet show, last 2 occasions I moved to the Ibis Styles where although the rooms were not as good the service was far more pleasant and helpful. Your check in staff are also very slow, the queuing system (there isn't one) as well is slow and there is nobody to welcome you, you have to wait until the people at the check in computers eventually lift their faces away from their screen although they are happy to ignore you when you're standing right beside them waiting, a simple polite acknowledgement would be more usual and polite in a good hotel.

« Very comfortable stay right at the CDG airport »

I regularly stay in the Pullmann, it is one of the best options when staying in the CDG airport area. A short 2 minute train ride from the terminals, and right at the metro station to Paris, the location is just perfect. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, sheets and pillows perfect and the hotel has a nice modern flair. Breakfast is good and there is a nice bar if you've got nothing to do in the evening. I'll stay there again!

Great location - nice design - but it’s how you use it that matters - having an argument at check in followed by the key to an occupied room was partially negated for by being given a suit upgrade - however the Bazaar restaurant served very over priced mediocre food and beverages - I won’t stay again
