Nice hotel, good size bedrooms, clean, good service, friendly people, nice health club. I used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Food was good but totally overpriced.

This was our second stay at the hotel and we stayed for just one night before flying home. We remembered the cozy beds and they did not disappoint - they are the best in Europe and maybe anywhere we have stayed! Every thing from check-in to check out was wonderful. Just take the CDGVAL shuttle to terminal 3 and walk outside and you will see it.

Convenient to airport and shuttle. The hotel was well maintained except for the carpets. If they can’t be cleaned they should be replaced. It would have been nice if the restaurant was open all day. Staff was great and helpful.

Great over all with Bed needs a little attention

Amazing hotel experience. Good staff, food, and bar. The comforter and sheets(or lack thereof) need some attention. The comforter contains heat well, too well. The thermostat was set to 64 and with the comforter on I was baking hot. This isn't bad alone when you can just pull it down and use the sheet instead but there wasn't one. My options were to bake under the blanket or freeze in the cold. I should have called the front desk when I woke up and discovered this issue but it was 4 am and I didn't want to be a bother at that time and was exhausted. Would have done that looking back and that's on me. That said, a guest should always have a sheet available in the room.

We had another wonderful stay here as a family of 3 plus our dog. The staff was so kind and accommodating. They brought us a blanket and bowls for our dog. We had a delicious dinner from room service. The room was spacious and the bed so comfortable. We also appreciated the fitness items provided in the room. Thank you so much!

After a frustrating day and a cancelled flight, we were very well taken care of by the wonderful staff at the Pullman. From the first moment we walked in, we are quickly checked in, directed to the restaurant as it was soon closing, had a fabulous meal and a wonderful sleep. Having two types of pillows of different firmness, ensured a comfortable sleep. The room was clean and quiet. Probably the best experience we have had at a hotel in France in our 10 years of travel.

The Pullman Paris at the airport was absolutely perfect. From the easy, professional check-in, to the great happy hour at the bar, to the wonderful supper in the restaurant, to the large, comfortable double suite, everything was just right. No one put a foot wrong, nothing disappointed. We were only there for one night, but we would not hesitate to stay again.

Actually, I would like to admit, that my stay and impression of the hotel was completely ruined by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. Although the travel agency has paid fully for hotel and breakfast in advance, due fact that the lady at reception did not see my reservation, although I have passed to them Voucher with an official number, without any notice or inquiry my personal creditcard was blocked for a much bigger amount than for the price we booked hotel. I must say that this is not the first time I have lived in this hotel. This is not a way how should be treated business clients. Such attitude and unprofessional action towards clients is not acceptable. Also breakfast for such level hotel was not good - everyday menu is the same, not vegetables, a lots of bread. The restaurant staff is not up to standard, distracted. Tables are not cleaned in time, cutlery should be asked several times. Cleaning lady has forgotten on the carpet changed pillow case. As well from the hygiene things there was only shampoo and body balm all week, only the last day body cream and hair conditioner appeared on the desk. Hotel is quite, what is good. I could not hear any airplane sounds or cars. Best thing is a swimming pool.

No daytime dining, room service took a while but was very nice. Breakfast was mediocre. Couldn’t charge to the room, food was nice but everything was cold despite me arriving at 610am.

annoying small things wrong

overall the stay was OK. Hotel, rooms and food good but a few annoying small things spoil it. I arrived by train and looked for directions to the hotel and a shuttle bus. No shuttle for the Pullman but was told to ring the hotel (when clicking directions on the info email i was sent. answer machine and as i was late for something I jumped in a cab. having paid €15 to get there i discovered a) it is next door to the Ibis which is part of the same group so I could have taken their shuttle bus, plus it is 50m to the free train shuttle in CDG itself. i was also emailed in advance to say the pool was shut. it was very much open so again missed out. there were a few other irritating small points that overall stop it being a satisfying stay

Breakfast is the issue

Breakfast experience not at the level I know and expect from a Pullman. Welcome agent only checked room number, did not seat me. Then after I had chosen a table and brought breakfast to it another member of staff asked me to move tables This to the centre of a too small and overcrowded area of the restaurant which is ludicrous in covid times. They should do the opposite. Breakfast buffet was poor. Egg station was not manned. Most dishes were empty. Only protein available was the 3 seaussages left at the bottom of a pan. Fruit was tinned - no fresh fruit. There was a total mess on the counter/ open kitchen. Nobody offered a warm drink - even had to ask several times for cappuccino. Clearly issues all around so it must have been the B team on service that day. I know this establishment can and must do better.

I have seen a supposedly "deluxe room" with so many stains on the carpet. I also almost fell when using the desk chair, the screws on which were missing... And the replacement chair I asked for over the phone never arrived before I had to go downstairs to ask for one...
