Charged twice for my stay

First of all, I didn't stay at this hotel on 5th January, 2023. I did stay for one night on 11th December 2023, having prepaid at the time of booking. I have stayed at the same hotel previously, on a number of occasions, and always found it very good. However, On my latest stay, i found I was charged twice. I have raised this with the hotel. They have apologised, and say I will get my refund from the accounts department. Over a month has now passed, and i'm still waiting for EUR 104.50 refund.

Very well managed hotel. Bright and very clean throughout. Room was very like Ibis Styles at Ibis Budget price. Reception is very spacious. Very close to the A3 autobahn so ideal for an overnight stop to break a long journey. Lots of free parking hidden away at the back.
