Plus: Accessibility, Parking, Spacious rooms. Minus: Disorganised, limited and tasteless menu, poor insonorisation (both to external and internal noises), inhospitable surroundings. A no, no, for tourist or pleasure traveller.

Ibis Styles Agrate Brianza is the perfect choice for me. It is in the perfect position for my needs (I go to ST Microelectronics, which is very close), the area is very quiet, the hotel is very comfortable, employees are nice and breakfast is very good . I come into this hotel since 21 years (it was not Ibis Styles then) and the only reasons why I sometimes I did not choose it in the past was because it did not have refrigerator in the rooms. Now that, since few years, it is presents... I have no reasons anymore to stay anywhere else when I come to Agrate for my business

I got the kind of room, quiet, well situated as required. The room was very clean. The clim was kind of tricky btw. and breakfast was good (only the croissants were dry)

A worst customer service you can receive. No contact with staff, ignored to issue refund despite clear instructions from head office.

Dear Kowalski L., we can understand and we accept your complain , but we hope that you can understand our position too and the problem we are facing now here in Italy and particularly in Milan area. We offered you a voucher spendable within one year even though you decided to buy a rate that is not araseable and not refundable , and that is the maximum we could do in this moment. Too expensive for the hotel and the services

Firstly, found difficult booking the room(s). I needed to book 2 rooms, but portal proposed me to join and get discount only booking 1 room. After I gave up, I made the booking of the 2 rooms without any benefit. Online check in procedure, very complicated: it seems forcing me to do also online check out paying extra 30€... Maybe I misunderstood the website, but that was I understood... So finally I made check in and check out directly in the hotel. As stated in the title, I found the room expensive (81€) for how is the room and the breakfast + 12€ for the parking!

Room conditions need repair and renovation

This time got larger room (enough space), but rooms need really renovation. After the push-plate (for flush) of the toilet fails off - no repair during my stay. Shower head very calcareous. Not possible to take shower without overflow of the bathroom.

Excellent work by service team. TV antenna got damaged by heavy storm, and team fixed it efficiently and quickly. So we can enjoy watching UEFA matches. Thanks.

Nice room. We found the 'music' playing in the entrance area intrusive as our room was located directly above the enrance. Group of young people very noisy on Saturday night, this was dealt with promptly when we voiced our complaint and there were no further problems.

Warm welcome at the reception, big room with all the necessary equipment, free parking space in front of the hotel, nice pizzeria just on the other side of the road: the Hotel Ibis Styles in Agrate Brianza was a perfect stop for us on our road to the south of Italy.

Godd accommodation but not a great base to visit Milan

The hotel is located in a Technology park of offices. It is convenient for travellers passing through but not so great if you want to visit Milan centre - bus ( which does not operate on weekends) to the metro and then 25 minutes by metro. But the staff are great and breakfast was very good, Not many eating options in walking distance.
