All the employees were lovely and helpful and respectful, we dined in their restaurant as it was included in our package and have to say the food was amazing, the room it's self was OK apart from in the the morning when you woken up there was a massive condensation on the window seal and the curtain was mouldy, me and my friend excepted the spa area to be alittle more accommodationed as it was alot smaller than the pics give away and would have be nice to have been supplied a dressing gown and sleeping but overall our stay was lovely

« A good place to stay with helpful staff in a convenient location. »

Spacious room and comfortable bed though the bathroom was a little tired. Bar area was pretty bleak and choice of drinks rather meagre - no knowledge of a Negroni and no vermouth available - although the bar girl redeemed the situation with her helpful and honest service and between us we concocted a new and delicious cocktail. Breakfast was good with a wide choice. Dinner was disappointing and the 'cheap' Spanish (glass of red) wine was overpriced and virtually undrinkable though the table service was faultless. Staff throughout were helpful and friendly. Good location and parking.

Staff pleasant but not many on duty on 30th no one to greet you in the restaurant or the bar. Room adequate but wouldn't consider it to be a superior room with stains on the curtains.

We stay every couple of months or so and it is a pleasure to do so. The staff are always polite and very helpful nothing seems too much trouble. If I was to have a slight criticism it would be that the bar area isn't as welcoming and appealing as it could be.

Have stayed here quite a few times as it's location is ideal for visiting my family. Silly thing maybe, but important to me, there are masses of parking spaces. Staff are polite, rooms are clean and presentable, costs are on the low side. Ideal. See you next time

staff friendly, easy to park, clean, no noise even with a function going on as it was NYE, you get what you pay for. We have stayed many times and a few other of the chain hotels in Norwich but always come back to this one.

« A good base to combine Norwich and the North Norfolk resorts. »

Nice to have a warm bedroom with plenty of space. The hotel is easy to access by car, avoiding city centre traffic. The Health Suite is another bonus, with a chance to have a swim and a sauna after your day out.

Christmas party season so first night was extremely noisy in our family room, spoke to reception lady following morning and we were moved for that night into a suite had a great nights sleep. She went above and beyond what we expected and I was very grateful. Not a great selection of drinks at the little bar area near reception only lager on draught was Stella. Bathrooms could do with an refurb. Pool area looked lovely but didn’t have chance to go. We were in the area visiting family and would definitely stay here again if needed.

No staff present, room service doesn’t work, very poor. No one serving at the bar, guests needing to find staff themselves. However Nikki from the team was very helpful. This was my 3rd time at the hotel because of loyalty programme. It has not improved, and I will never stay again.

this hotel is in a great location for the airport, also a short taxi or bus ride to the city center, staff are so helpful as well nothings the bother to help you, I stay on a regular bases and nothing is the problem.

« Good value for money hotel »

The room decor was a little tired but size and facilities of the room were spot on. The spa was ok but taken over by children even in the sauna. Hard to find anywhere to sit or put our towels, as chairs and loungers already had personal items placed on them even though families never used them. Evening meal was lovely and staff were very friendly.
