room was clean and as advertised. one way system was good due to covid. ground floor corridors were of timber construcyion and were very noisy due to sqeaking flooring etc.

Room wasn't prepared well. Pillow was missing and bathroom was too small. However, good free parking and staff were helpful.

The room was clean and warm and the hotel is in a great location for the reason I was staying in Swansea however (whilst I completely appreciate the Covid restrictions currently in place) the food offering was below standard at best and inedible at worst. I could not eat the dinners on two out of the three evening meals and had to organise a local take away, which is very frustrating as my Dinner B&B rate is all I can claim for as part of my expenses however I had to pay for my meals out of my own pocket and wont be reimbursed as I couldnt claim twice - As a note, the local take away managed to get the food to me from 3 miles away in a car piping hot whilst the hotel kitchen could not supply a meal to me in my room even slightly warm only a few yards away! I do really understand the difficulties the present situation presents but if food is offered and charged (I had a Dinner/B&B rate) it should be edible. The breakfast was better in terms of temp but again the quality of the food was well below what is normal for this hotel (which I have stayed in numerous times as I work local) and meant I did need to stop in a local drive through. The use of paper cups in the rooms is very confusing as it seems far more dangerous for guests to need to walk to the end of the corridor to pick up new cups where everyone has been walking past them than to have a normal cup in my room which I can wash up during my stay quite safely without the risk of contamination. I did let the reception staff know this on check out but they didnt really seem to want to comment (The gent before me in the queue had exactly the same conversation with the receptionist) and just said they would pass my comments on to the kitchen.

Good stay, the hotel was very well set up for the COVID restrictions so we felt safe and the hotel did a good job offering in room dining. We had pizza which came dead on when we were told it would and was piping hot. Very tasty too. The reception staff were very friend and helpful. So all in all an enjoyable stay.
