We came for a wedding, not at the hotel but down the road. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. We had the pizza deal, delivered to your room. The pizza were very good.

I think the breakfast is in need of improvement having to wait for the food to be cooked and arriving to the heat trays at different times, not say any more as my wife and i there only one night. other wise ok.

Enjoyable stay, room was v good, bathroom a little tired and an unpleasant smell, No information offered on check-in (Pool opening/close times, breakfast times etc) No info in the room other than Christmas events and local interests. No where to put hot food covers in breakfast area, v good breakfast otherwise. Pleasant staff, Thanks

Excellent customer service. Staff were attentive and helpful. Ate in the restaurant which was excellent and a good menu. Bar staff just need to be more knowledgeable about the spirits they have available to offer guest particularly applies to Gins.

To be honest very average at best, no staff for the restaurant, fire alarm going off twice in the morning with no clear direction as to what was going on, Hotel is very tired looking inside.

The room we had paid extra for an early check in was not ready for us although another room was found for us. I could not get a drink at the bar when we arrived. It seemed that the number of staff on duty when we arrived was grossly inadequate. The room (35) was very poor the entrance door was sticking, the toilet was hard to flush, the room was very poor wall paper was peeling giving a very dour impression.

I was staying as part of my best friends wedding where I was a bridesmaid. The hotel/ room and breakfast was fine Although I had to ask for a travel cot to be put in my room 3 times before it was done but service was good & staff polite. However, the service received during the wedding was disgraceful, I spent most of the wedding comforting my friend (the bride) the first issue was no microphone to hear speeches, secondly when it was announced the food was ready nobody communicated to the room that it was to be table by table, then the food for what the couple paid was awful & was the thing that upset the bride the most, it was cold, bland & tasteless not what you’d expect from an a establishment such as yourselves and for what the couple paid, if anything it could of at least been warm. There were other issues that upset my friend on her special day but the food was really the big one. I’m sure she has already spoken with the Wedding planner, who we both believe is not at fault as it’s the kitchen & your chefs dept to get the food right. For a bride to be in tears on her special day is unforgivable and something she’ll always remember when she thinks about it. I believe a phone call needs to be made to the couple to resolve this situation, they may have already contacted you but they are currently away on their honeymoon for 2 weeks so if they haven’t yet contacted you I’m sure they will when they get back.
