The room is ok, but when I leaving this hotel I forget to bring my charger, and I ask to lost and found in another day and they said there's no charger left in my room at 315, so sad !

« A great stay »

This is my xth times staying in Ibis Makassar City Centre. it's always been my choice and no regret. Prior to my arrival, Ms. Mumty from the hotel already contacted me to confirm time of arrival as well as rooms arrangement. Upon arrival, check in was smooth and easy. A small welcome package was waiting for me in my room as well. What I really want to appreciate is the extra miles that Ms Mumty and team this time. I accidentally left my blazer in my room. I called the hotel to inform them and arrange for somebody to pick them up. At first, they told me that the blazer wasn't in the room. I asked Ms Mumty to help me to look for it and a couple days later, I was informed that they found my blazer. I got my blazer back with no problem. Thank you so much for the extra mile. I really appreciate it :)

I'm glad to spend my 12 days with a good, warm, and friendly services even in the midnight when my key card was lock (cause I'd accidentally put my key close to my phone). Last but not least, their team are amazing. They gave me greeting cards with a creative style almost everyday. What a nice service!

My hotel stay was nearly perfect except for the dillenia spa experienced. I booked a 2 hours massage but she finished it around 1 hour 30 mins. Massage was too soft for a traditional massage. She keep complaining about my sun burned skin saying "geli, geli" all the time. I felt that she is unprofessional as a spa therapist. She did charged me 1 hr 30mins rates with a discount, total of 220000, but I only have 300000, and she never have small notes, so no choice I have to pay her 300000. I will not recommend dillenia spa to my friends who want to try traditional massage at the hotel.

« I enjoyed the my sleep well, after being tired from activity outside. »

Frankly speaking this is my first experience staying at Ibis Maipa (that's what we call it). For many times I stayed at Ibis Budget at the airport: Makassar, Juanda Surabaya and Cengkareng Jakarta (next to Ibis Style). At Ibis Maipa, I had a very good sleep, receptionist was friendly, both check in and check out. And to my surprise, the woman in red (short hair, about 30 y.o) helped me at check out, gave me the same nice smile and greeting when we met at the airport about 30 minutes later. She took stewardess to the airport.

The experience staying on Ibis Hotel at Makassar is nice. the breakfast, meals, room facility is great. The only complain is about laundry service, cause I think it's not working as written in the laundry list. The clothes is not returned to the room on time, I must call the housekeeping t get my cloths.

Dear Ibis, first i got offer from Ibis City center from Marketing very nice and interesting offer, but once i arrived ( we arrived two days before the event ) and the marketing showing the meeting room, really make us shock, cause very different with the picture she ever send to US, we are really disappointed, then we refused the room, cause the room of hotel standard not like that, what she offer us very different with the really, this is really like trap for us cause in two days before the moment we will not suitable room like our desire ( we cannot check the room cause we are stay far from Makasar and our head office in Jakarta) we trust ibis have good standard for meeting room so our corporate accept ibis for our meeting facilities, but once the marketing showing us the room for our meeting, that not standard of our company and also we are shock cause ibis standard meeting room, really really disappointed, then i asked for the meeting room she been send to us, then she tried give us small meeting room with reason, our meeting member not fulfill the meeting room quantity, but if that like the requirement , please let me know then we will find out the other meeting which is can accept our member, then at night we can get the better meeting room like the picture she send, we are appreciated, but this is IBIS standard, how came treat us like this. then for the snack, first day we not get like our requirement after put my complain then we can get what is our requirement , the servant staff who serve us perfectly, they really assist us as well, we are really happy with the serve from the staff (thanks for the chef, thanks for the servant, room receptionist, and bangue team, the are perfect, we just disappointed . thank you

An unpleasant experience, we used Ibis City Centre Makassar for meetings and agreed with Ibis City Centre Makassar for meeting rooms and the number of participants who would attend the meeting, but when my staff came there we were given a meeting room that was VERY NO REPRESENTATIVE (meeting room which is above the hotel kitchen-It looks like an Ibis staff meeting room, I will send you a photo if you need) and my staff complained with Sally and the Hotel Manager then we were given a room that was usually used as a meeting room. my room wasn't cleaned and some rubbish was still on the desk (I can send photos of it if needed) and I have complained to the Duty Manager through the Ibis Staff named Bela
