Great room, well located

The staff were very nice and helpful. We had a great room - room 620, big balcony with a nice view of the sea. We enjoyed a lot our breakfasts and some dinners at the balcony. The hotel is well located - very close to tram ligne 2. We used the public transport a lot, to and from the airport, and to move around Nice. There's Casino and other small groceries nearby, and also a bakery. Very close to the beach. And the pool was ok too.

The apartment was satisfactory although smaller than it looked on the website. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean. The cooking facilities were limited with a hob and microwave. It was satisfactory for a short stay.

The parking system was a nightmare.and badly explained.with a badge that failed.made me miss that important first meet up. Kind staff.I paid by carte visa and was asked to pay again by the night man..when i duly showed my reciept he effeciently put my account in order. And made a kind gesture...i paid in cash for the followi g night. Room was great and cooked a nice meal with the person i went to meet. Good to be back IBis I ll let you off this time !

Staff is all very nice and helpful, and the apartment itself is OK though some of the furniture are quite worn.. but the carpet and the walls on the corridors are rather dirty and worn, definitely needs updating or at least thoroughly cleaned. There's also been some issue on the checkout as your system was down and I was charged for breakfast (EUR 36) which we didn't take, instead of car parking (EUR 60 for 4 nights) which we did use, so the whole thing got very confused and I paid the difference but couldn't get a final receipt as your system was down.....

The accommodation was quiet and conveniently located. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Pool was lovely, but could have a few outdoor chairs. Corridors were dark and depressing.

This aparthotel was fine and well-run with friendly staff. The apartment was clean and well-organized. It would have been fine overall if not for being a bit noisy at night. The room was close to the elevator and could be heard going at night. The new tramway which runs in front of the hotel, likes to use its ‘ding ding’ bell way too early in the morning. And the thermostat in the room (which was well air conditioned) made a weird click click noise sometimes, as if it was stuck when reaching the set temperature, which woke us up on a few occasions and frightened our youngest kid. Even though I’m usually not a light sleeper, I had to buy ear plugs the second night, and my youngest kid had to sleep in the master bedroom. Also, it would have been great to be able to rent some lounge chairs for the swimming pool.

Very friendly welcome room was well equipped with the advantage of the balcony and the use of the swimming pool. Very enjoyable and relaxed stay with a range of amenities accessible by tram or bus. Close to the promenade des Anglais so we visited the gardens ,the old town and the beach.
