I am very often on business trips but staying at your hotel was one of the worst stays. To start with the positive points: The receptionist was very friendly The hotel is in a very quiet area The room was clean The negative points: I couldn't sleep more than two or three hours at a time during either night. I was given a room on the ground floor and during both nights there were constant loud noises that sounded like a knock on the door. I do not know whether there is an equipment room above room 1 or whether there is a door above it that closes very loudly, but it was permanent and it was impossible to sleep there in peace. I wonder why I didn't get a room on one of the upper floors? In addition, I had already tried to announce by e-mail three days before my arrival that I would not arrive until around 7 p.m. in the evening. My email via the website has remained unanswered to this day. So I had to call the reception on the day of my arrival in order to get the procedure by e-mail how to get to my room. I will not recommend the hotel to my colleagues.
Different than before

I stayed at the Aparthotel Adagio access Vanves Porte de Châtillon twice a couple of years ago and it seems to have taken a step backwards since then. Some is likely due to being closed due to Covid and only recently reopening, but the hallway on the room floor was dark and depressing, feeling like a much sketchier 1 star hotel. It's definitely a 2 star hotel, not 3 as advertised. The toilet in this room (but not the others in previous visits) felt like it was in a storage closet, it was so awkwardly fit into the tiny bathroom. The fridge was very loud. There was no note saying how to get to the parking garage from the elevator. I still find it strange how few hours the reception is open - it doesn't make arriving after closing feel very secure. The one staff member I met was very friendly.
It was a good stay.

1. The check in was very smooth and easy. 2. The room was good, bathroom was good but kitchen was little small but manageable. 3. There was only one towel in bathroom for 2 people, the next day after we asked they have given. 4.The people at least staying there for more days I will recommend at least to change the bin and towel regularly for health and hygiene . 5.The location was good near to station and it was very peaceful residential area.
Excellent 2 week, safe, solo stay to tour Paris

My stay was excellent. The hotel staff was gracious and helpful. The staff (Ranya) set me up on a quiet studio room that was perfect for me, a solo female traveler. The room was clean and the kitchen amenities were good. The double bed was firm and very comfortable with convenient reading lights and power outlet. The bathroom with shower and heated towel rack along with provided soap and good sized European towels and ample toilet paper were nice. I was clearly instructed upon arrival about the weekly cleaning and the option to get additional cleaning for extra fees. I also was informed about the optional breakfast which I did not partake in. However I did enjoy coffee and tea from the breakfast area beverage machine. I was particularly happy with the safety of the location in a nice neighborhood and it’s proximity to a supermarket, metro, bus stops and police station. I enjoy walking and the bus stops were between 3 and 8 minutes away. Unfortunately during my whole stay there was a strike and almost no metros were running. I saved some money staying a little further out expecting to be able to access the cost by metro or train, however I had to rely exclusively on buses to get around which meant 45min-75min each way to the city sites. Because my stay was 2 weeks, it did not limit what I was able to see. I fully leveraged my Paris Pass and even got out to Versailles which was about 75min each way by 2 buses and one team ride. There are also a few nice eating choices near the hotel and the staff is happy to provide suggestions. Arriving back and walking around the vicinity of the hotel even at night was very safe, no issues. Carefully note the address of this specific hotel because there is another nearby (within a 10 min walk) that caused me to have to walk between the two when I was dropped off and picked up to go to the airport upon departure. I pre-reserves SuperShuttle before arriving which worked out extremely well, given the strike. It was difficult to schedule taxis during the strike, even with help from from the hotel staff, to no fault of their own. Often at night there were people working on their laptops in the lobby area, even late at night, so there was always someone around even if the stay had left for the evening. There is laundry available in the basement of the hotel (4.5 Euro to wash + 2 Euro to dry for each load and you will need to use coins). This was convenient and appeared to be available when I wanted to use it. Overall, the hotel was as described and I chose it to save some money knowing that it would be a bit further away from the city than other locations. But because it was reportedly safe and clean and accessible by metro, train and bus, I chose it. Apart from the extra travel time and overcrowding of the buses due to the strikes, everything was great (as advertised). The hotel can not be blamed for the strike. Had I booked the trip before the strike started. had I known about the strike, I may have spent more money to stay closer in, in fact the hotels may have been cheaper even closer in? But I didn’t know and stuck with my plan (it was a prepaid, affordable, Expedia bundle and was non refundable). But I had zero complaints with the hotel.

The apartment was good. However, it would be good if the room was cleaned at least once in two days thought not daily. Also the breakfast was very ordinary. Did not get anything hot to eat.
