Firstly, I was surpirsed that my room had been upgraded from my original booking. Obviously the offered room is beyond my expectation and generally the entire hotel setup is very much more than I had expected. I will give this a 2 thumbs up for a very nice stay. Thank you.

It’s a bit away from the city but quite a good place to stay. Staffs are friendly and the place is clean convenient and comfortable to use .

I had my business trip last weekend and worked around this Inanam area, is a well maintain 3-Stars City Hotel around this area. I will definitely come back to this hotel again for my next visiting to KK.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in since they lifted the travel ban during the covid 19 MCO period. Eventhough they need to size down their work force, they picked the right team to stay back to keep the hotel running at its best. My sincere thanks to the management team, who made my stay a truly pleasant one. My up most appreciation to the Operation Manager who make sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. She offered to loan me her personal humidifyer in order for me to have a plesent night sleep as I mentioned to her that the room was too dry and my sinus was making me difficult to breathe. I would recommend this hotel to any travellers who need a cosy and clean place to stay with the most attentive team to cater to your needs.

as i was checking in around 4-5am in the morning on a low occupancy day. i was expecting a half day rate. as u know i have to check out @ 12pm @ full day rate. unable to get anything near this but a corp rate. which i got no choice but to go for it. i think you guys should come out with a policy which will look after customer like me who check in late IE in 3-5am in the morning on a very low occupancy day? as i checked with the recept that day it self it's only 20%.

Hotel well designed, staff very friendly, rooms very good value for money. Breakfast could be improved.Should have a wider cycle menu for for the hot items on buffet.For long staying guest ,almost everyday the spread looks the same.More attention to made to the food tags and replenishment of food for the buffet breakfast.

Just want to highlight, my stay dated 8/02/20 - 12/02/20 (Invoice no: 38310), 13/02/20 - 14/02/20 (Invoice no: 38353), and 27/02/20 - 28/02/20 (Invoice no: 38973) total of 6 nights have not been credited into my ALL member account. I have informed front desk team. However, the points have yet to be credited into my account. Appreciate if you could help me on this. Thanks.
