« Relax travel »

Quiet nice place for family trip. Our room was with private pool where kids and we had relax of nice water also it was nearest to the beach. Nice sea and nature view from the beds. Nice to ware up and see the nature. There is no any crowded restaurants and walking areas which most attracted. Location is far away but i like it. I like this hotel very much and planing to come again.

No hot water all the time, shower pressure too low (partially gone), dirty bath room, dirty private pool, AC speed couldn't be controlled. No member recognition, didn't get the points, no welcome present.... I don't recommend this hotel I've requested to talk to the manager but I got rejected for such a request.

« It was perfect (room, food, location and staff) »

Nothing more to say than above. Except perhaps that driving from the ferry to your hotel was a little scary (mountainous and very narrow at some places). Going back to the ferry was much easier but I don't know how we finished of on a different route (and another pier!!). It could be an idea to give more advice to your clients on the best routes to take. But it was not a big problem, just the GPS lottery I suppose.

My husband and I were recently guests at the Mercure Koh Chang for 4days and 3nights we’re choose you’re hotel for our dream wedding. We were highly recommended the Hotel by friends who had stayed there last year on their honeymoon. We also did our own research before deciding where to stay and your website is beautifully presented with wonderful photos of the hotel and there are several positive reviews on the web which helped us make our final choice and decision. We felt confident that in choosing a hotel which came highly praised from our close friends as well as winning us over via your website and it's reviews online, was sure to be the best wedding we were hoping for. Rooms nice and clean staff are amazing the wedding perface. But what we’re not really happy for is the foods. We order the dinner wedding set menu for our friends and family. While delicious, the evening's meal had other, unfortunate, effects. Most our friends and family fell severely ill with food poisoning following the meal. And also during stat at the hotel we was had lunch and dinner from the hotel restaurant m. After next day from my wedding one of my friend and her husband whet to hospital. Then after we check out my daughter went to the Emergency Room at World Medical Hospital Bangkok. On the day that my daughter have to stay in the hospital for 2days I was called to your sell team to let them know about this situation what wa was hear from her that it’s not because of the foods from hotel but if might be because of some of our friends and family are foreigner is not get use to Thai foods or hot weather! It’s the answer from you guys??????? I suggest that you look into this matter very seriously. I expect to be be fully compensated for the distress of my friends, family and my 4 years old daughter. We found our family's vacation paradise and Mercure Koh Chang made it a perfect stay. We will definitely stay with them again. The ocean view resort is full of surprises with beautiful beach and family activity like pool table, dart and nice swimming pool.

« A great hotel to experience true freedom. »

I've stayed in several hotels but never experienced the perfect freedom like this one. It is a lovely place and we want to visit it every year based on our experience. In particular, the meal we ate every morning and evening was fantastic. We will stay here for about three weeks, and the rest of the day will be exciting.

« Good experience. »

The experience was good. Just a point to focus. I Was not able to run the Jacuzzi, as there were no instructions available, and when i called for assistance, i was told that due to electricity failure i am not able to run the machine, however i was able to operate it after 5 minutes. All I can figure out was that jacuzzi need to be filled up to a point to run it. So I would just suggest if a card can be put in the rooms detailing the operation of Jacuzzi.

« The best property to stay in koh chang. »

The property has there own small beach, pool and amazing staff to take care of you. We stayed in the sea view room, the view was amazing in the sun set. Also bed were so comfortable to sleep in, I slept like a baby.

« Disappointing experience »

It was a disappointing experience. The hotel is getting old and dirty. Apart from the breakfast, which was good, the food was miserable (thai food and international food). One night I wanted to take advantage of the "Buy 1 get 1 free" from 6pm till 8pm at your bar and at 7pm it was CLOSED !!! Good service ! I was away all morning and when I came back at 2pm, my room was not done … etc, etc … One positive thing is the service. The hotel was so empty that the service was very good.

When looking for a place to relax, this establishment is the ideal answer. Everything is perfect: from the comfort of the room to the surrounding environment, from the incredible breakfast to the delicious meals offered, nothing is to be removed! « Good Facilities, Bad Services »

All facilities are very good and amazing but the employee is quite low service; at reception, older employee trains and blames younger employee when many customers are checking-out, at restaurant, employee doe not understand hotel’s breakfast promotion set; at reception when check-out again, check-in employee and check-our employee does not send the message and look at the note about the receipt (everything check-in employee ask from me all but when check-out ask again what writing in your not, so you ask me twice for the same answer in your hand for what. Very Bad!! Ps. This is the first feedback for employee for the hotel in the world.

« Suitable for relax and recharge! »

Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway is very peaceful and full of facilities. The staffs are service mind. Even the hotel located far from the pier, when you arrived here you will forget anything! I stayed in the deluxe ocean view room, the room area, bathroom, and balcony are wide too. I also bought the dinner buffet on Saturday night. It's very good value with the cozy atmosphere.
