A quick golfing getaway for two couples - one first timers to Kooindah. Loved the environment, large and comfortable rooms and the hotel hospitality was excellent. Dave Stretton also very hospitable in the golf shop.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel and managed to secure a table for dinner after first being advised it was fully booked. The food was lovely and the service was very good. We have stayed with you before and hoe to be back soon. We parked in the underground car park and were surprised to see there was a huge pile of furniture stacked up in the underground car park as I remember it was there from when we last stayed there months ago. Also there were lots of birds and bird poo in the car park and our car was covered in bird poo when we returned to our car. I think the birds are also a health issue as they can carry diseases. So our stay was very nice but you really need to tidy up the parking area as it is not a good look and a health and safety issue. Not to mention the bird poo is damaging and depreciating your building value and you should have this addressed as soon as possible.

Great facilities to escape Sydney and stay overlooking the golf course. Able to switch off for a weekend without having to go anywhere else. Restaurant was well equipped and food was delicious.

Disappointing. I booked a king size bed With golf view and paid more. Not the standard room. I am a Le club member. Only to find my friend booked a standard room which was cheaper only to be upgraded to my king size room at no extra cost. Not acceptable.

Not enough staff to properly service guests. Had to order breakfast the night before and when it arrived in the morning it was cold - cold egg, cold bacon and to top it all off cleaning staff were vacuuming dining room whilst we ate breakfast. Gave up trying to order coffee - too many orders , staff unable to keep up with orders.

The room was very clean. We were careful because of Covid-19 so we cleaned all areas we were to touch and find them to be very clean. The golf view room was big, the view was amazing. Staff were fantastic. The reason we don't give a 10 is the air-conditioning as we couldn't adjust it, and it was cold.

I was shocked at the obvious understaffing and very poor quality food. It seems like COVID was an excuse to cut staff. The Pro Shop staff were particularly rude. The restaurant staff were doing their best and were friendly but could not make up for the severe lack of staff. We understand the issues of COVID but if you can serve dinner on plates you could clearly do breakfast but were cutting costs wherever you could. The food was basically dreadful. Everything fried and with chips and not a salad in sight. Which "quality" hotel in the 2020's has a special menu page devoted to "parmas". The lunch was largely inedible and the dinners just OK. Basically an embarrassment to the industry. The culture and management are clearly appalling.

All the staff I dealt with were extremely polite and helpful. However, considering that the hotel is a 4 star, I think the hotel can do with a facelift. More paintings/pictures, ornaments, lighting to add a bit of atmosphere. The toilet had a sewerage smell that was attended to by the maintenance guy in a timely manner, but the smell still lingered. We could not find a remote control for the tv in the bedroom. The internet was very slow.

Had a lovely time staff are fantastic . So friendly . Gloria in tne restaurant was marvellous!! Hotel very very clean . Food great . Only problem mattress on bed dreadful , lumpy so uncomfortable difficult to sleep . The rooms are fantastic so spacious . Lovely views of the golf Course from tne windows .
