Second visit to this hotel, and it was as good as the 1st time. Bedrooms are clean, quiet. Breakfast is great too. Meals in the bar-restaurant area good. The whole team is very professional, and always happy to help. I would recommend and certainly would come back.

Nice little hotel nicely situated. Nice and clean good free wifi and very comfy beds. Nice touch in room caramel wafer bars with tea/coffee section.handy sainsburys and costa 3 minutes walk lots of restaurants nearby.handy bus service Would stay again.

Great location met with a friendly welcome our room was great, very comfortable bed very quiet, air conditioning, lovely and clean we had a very good nights sleep.The location was great ,on the Royal Mile close to shops , bars and restaurants and not to far to the carpark .Staff booked us a taxi for a visit to the Christmas Market which arrived quickly .Next morning we hadn't booked breakfast but we asked could we have breakfast and they were very accommodating breakfast was great .A very lovely stay .

Staff ever so helpful and polite. Cute personalised welcome note with some fudge waiting on the bed when we checked in which we thought was very sweet. Breakfast was amazing! For a budget hotel, this blew Travelodge right out the water. The eggs weren’t fake, presented beautifully, and the spread was more than my stomach could handle. Very pleased I got to try haggis for the first time. Absolutely not disappointed with that! Only thing is those generic catering sausages. They’re the only thing that lets this down. But it’s a minor detail. Cracking stay. Parking arrangements a tad inconvenient but the rest of the setup makes up for it. We are planning another trip in summer and will be looking to stay here again. Thank you all!

Fomos bem recebidos, durante a estadia o pessoal foi sempre extremamente simpático (10 em 10) e o pequeno almoço também era bom. O quarto era espaçoso. A casa de banho tinha o lavatório partido e as camas era desconfortáveis.
