I came to Ba Na for the second time, however, the experience from the moment I arrived was not good with the following points: - The luggage support staff is too bad, not following the guests. - Complicated check-in procedure, through 2 receptionist times - The receptionist does not understand the promotions currently applied to my booking. - Check out time is not over, but the room card is locked.

Highly recommend staying at Mercure Property. From the moment you arrive, everything is taken care. It takes you back in time. The quality from amenities and food served at the restaurant, very good. Only one word to describe, MAGICAL.

Room was small, stuffy and staff were slow and not effective. we were supposed to check in at 2 but at 2pm there was no receptionist and we had to wait for awhile. If you ask your guests to check in at 2 then you should have staff working at 2.

No flowers in gardens at all. My family was entirely disappointed. Dec'2019 my son and his school (Le Quy Don Highschool, HCMC) visited Ba Na Hills French Village and he recommended my family to visit here at least one day.

The room was nice and cozy with heater machine in room, which is very good since the weather was quite low. The bellmen were very friendly and helped us positively with our luggage and direction. However, food was bad. We used buffet at Beer plaza, where the place was huge and greatly built/decorated, but the food was awful. They were cold and quite salty, especially the clam. Another thing was lack of diversity, only about 20 dishes, but most of them were not tasty. When we checked out, it was raining and we asked one of the bellmen if we can borrowed the umbrella in hotel room. The bellman agreed that we can return it at the way to cable car, but then the receptionist requested us to deposit money otherwise we cannot borrowed it. We were so confused and decided to go without umbrella, and that experience was not pleasant .

It was understandable that due to Covid, several areas were closed. However, there were a disconnect between reservations, front desk, etc... Additionally, details that make a difference in the experience were missed. Silverware not available when ordering steaks, meals being brought out at different times (instead at the same time). Cable cars running but being told we needed to wait 20 min almost every time. Alpine slide not working. The potential for a great stay was there but it felt like it was being run on a very slim budget.

I stay at R3117 Lyon. The room is so bad! No cafe chairs n table!The basic amenities in 4stars room! When I use the umbrella in closet, I lay it at the lobby of Lyon hotel about 10’ to go upstairs, I come back n no umbrella there!The receptionists ask for penalty 300k???I despair with the hotel behavior!Hotel in the rainy season so the umbrella should be everywhere for the guests! When I check out I forgot the teeth in room! The house keeper Vy n Nhất( porter at Hotel down mountain) help me very well!This is the shining mark of Mercure Hotel! Tks Khanh 09…

First of all, everyone was so helpful doing their best to provide the best experience for us. We stayed in Mercure Ba Na Hills, The room was extremely cozy & that’s wonderful and also the way that different Mercure buildings have been built representing the french architecture is amazing.

As shared on tripadvisor, this was my first time to Bana Hills and I have to say the hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic and guest services excellent. Ms Jurnee, (Nguyen Huyen) was particularly exceptional. She made sure everything I needed was ready by the time I got to the hotel. She also made sure that I had all the information I needed to make my stay more fulfilling despite the rain. She even made sure I got to see the French Village and the Golden Bridge. She made my stay unforgettable that I will be returning to Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills for a full week in early 2021 with a number of friends to explore Bana hills more. Keep up the exceptional service

The place was fantastic on our first time in 2018, it's even better now... The design, upkeep, lighting, landscaping and new attractions made it even more fun and memorable the 2nd time around. Service is top-notch Accor level. It could be because of our membership status, but we really appreciated the personal touch of Sarah, Stephen and Rose throughout our stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Da Nang, Vietnam or Southeast Asia! :)

Poor service during Breakfast

I give poor service for the waitress during Breakfast on Dec 25. The time for breakfast was not finished yet (09.30), but she tried to push and rush me out of the table. And reply to me that I can not order the exclusive coffee drink as I deserve that Privilege. (VIP Zone).

French Village was great but the Mecure hotel could do better...

The French Village was amazing despite the rainy weather causing us to miss the Golden Bridge. But guess Mercure hotel which I am a member to (Accor) could have done better. I booked the hotel in November, so was expecting some price hike which it did. But we were very disappointed that the hotel had been too stringent in not offering the perks for a running promotion for twin room to my family room despite the more expensive room charge. In addition, we asked for a nice view for our rooms prior to booking, but the hotel did not clarify about the renovation works nor the balcony facing a small street with little to scene to enjoy. I asked for harder bed due to my back problem and was only given the empty promise that it would be looked into but to disappointment on visiting the room. Saving grace, the reception staff had been very helpful and Sarah who arranged our booking kindly walked us to the room giving some introduction and explanations. On checking out, Elenore also helped and led us through the confusing cable car queues in the rainy weather which was very much appreciated by our family.

For a 100 years old place, the place is very unique, we love to come and stay here, mostly for the ambience. We love the weather in both dry and wet. Somehow we liked them when it’s foggy, it became very misterious place with lots of photos opportunity. Plus as platinum member the staff really serve you Super well.
