On this last visit, we stayed for 2 nights with the family. This stay was supposed to be a staycation to celebrate our 10th Wed anniversary. The hotel staffs were very nice to put little nice decoration inside the room that we booked for. My wife was very impressed with the gesture that were made. We, especially our kids also loved the breakfast very much at the Sana-Sini Restaurant. The hotel is very well located, where you can just walk across the street to find 2 huge malls in the city and there is a subway and busway station right across the hotel too. So it's easy for those who wants to travel from this hotel. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Hopefully, it would not take too long for us to come back again. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

I have stayed multiple times in this property, probably 5x a year and it does not disappoint. Pros: Good price, amazing location right next to the MRT station, great staff, efficient service and good breakfast. All of these assessments were made for both pre and post COVID-19 pandemic. Will definitely continue to make this property my trusted go-to hotel in Jakarta.

Weekend family staycation ! I was surprisingly amaze with the sincere services delivered by the staffs. Upon making the reservation i have assisted by Mr. Lukman via whatapps with fast respon, Mr. Rheza and Mrs. Cintya who arrange my sudden special requests with very detail and we appreciate it. Upon arrival the staff was very helpful they greet us very sincere. We have kids amenities in the room and my kids like it so much. Suddenly we have Mr. Dimas and Mr. Nathan came to our room after our lunch to gave surprise for our daugther with their UKULELE and singing a song, this mean a lot for us. Thanks also for housekeeping help us to change the bed sheet due to my daugther was vomiting, apology for that matter. The greeter in the restaurant was very polite and helpful but i think they have to provide pasta station because kids like it. My first time visit PJI and it’s a memorable stay. I was surprised with the personalized welcome note and decoration in the room. I felt like coming back home. Staffs were friendly, room was great and clean. Not too enjoying the breakfast due to not much variation, but the taste was good.

Great room with affordable price. Staff is good. Breakfast is also good even though it's plain taste. What you really need to improve is check in time. Arrived at 01.30 PM and just able to get in the room at 03.00 PM. I know I was early, but what kind of waiting time is that. High occupancy is not a reason for this kind of time management.
