It was really great, and i loved to stay in here. Very comfy and clean. First of all the price is affordable (because still on promo) and then the room was clean and i felt restful (if you know how scary jakarta about covid) Maybe i would come again for stay.

The hotel location near with plaza indonesia and grand indonesia shopping mall. They have Good interior bedroom design but I was not too satisfied with the menu of breakfast. And they not provided any toys for kids which my kid can play inside our bedroom.

Overall Good, but minus point in water supply of the room's toilet, every time I used sanitary in the toilet, water very dirty at the first few seconds, it has to be fixed it for your guest health perception

I stay in Pullman form many times, and every-time i arrives, always feel warm welcome from all staffs. Very comfy room, spacious and the bed is the best bed that could make my sleep is the best one. Food at Sana Sini is very good at any time with the outstanding quality both service and food. Executive lounge is always become my favourite place to spend time for relax and also to enjoy happy hour, staffs here is also very friendly with warm welcome and best service. Keep your good work!

We were upgraded 2 above which was nice. Big room well equipped. All the 11th floor was a little bit smelly (smoking floor ?) and my wife and me are non smokers. Excellent restaurant downstairs where we had dinner and breakfast
