« Pleasant stay in a location that suited me on this trip »

Easy check in through the online check in and was informed I'd been upgraded to a suite room, which was very comfortable. I stayed at this hotel again (3rd visit) as it's close to where I had some work. All the staff are friendly and polite and I really enjoy my visits here.

It is a very comfortable Hotel with good breakfasts. The rooms are clean and convenient. There are several free shuttles to the La Mer beach and two malls. There is a supermarket at the next building.

« One of my favourite hotels in the area! »

1. We had a nice and quiet room as requested! 2. Very handy shuttle bus to mall/metro/beach! 3. The pool was clean and well heated. Extremely satisfied with the service of Mr Lanksman at the pool. He is a great guy. He treated us excellent. Has great manners and fulfilled all our needs. Very professional. Congrats 5 star service! 4. The cleanliness of our room was ok but needs deep cleaning (e.g. bathroom, armchair etc). Although cleaners were very polite and helpful some days there were no availability of clean towels and linens to change. I understand that this is not responsibility of the cleaners but is unacceptable for a four star hotel not to change linen and towels because was out of stock. 5. Both porters Mr Safi and the Big Guy (sorry don't remember the name) were very friendly and helpful and always with the smile.

Well i have stayed in room 224 and it was a night mare, haven’t been able to sleep or to be comfortable as most of the day i can easily hear my neighbors and people walking outside my room and at night till 2 or 3 am i keep hearing the pub or club down stairs loud music and beats inside my room and even in the bathroom which made my stay really bad because I couldn’t enjoy the simplest service that I can get from a hotel which is sleeping.. also the AC inside the hotel is really high which made fee cold most of the time

The house-keeping service is very poor. You need to call the people 3-4 times to get towel, water and other things to your room. All other experience was good, like location of hotel.

I want to warn business people who will get print out from the reception. It is the most expensive paper i have ever paid in my life. Around 0.7 USD for each paper sheet.

I appreciate friendly and fast working receptionist and a helpful porter. But i would like to bring your attention to the following details that would stop me from staying in your hotel again or recommend it to anyone. Our room was non-smoking room however a strong smoking smell was presented. The room didn't look clean - grey colour towels (and not enough of them for two people), stained curtains, gloomy and dark even with the lights on, dusty windows. Also the noise from the downstairs club and the restaurant didn't let us to sleep. A cleaner knocked on the door asking when he can clean our room though we had another 30 min before our check-out time. The hotel breakfast was disappointing too. It was simply not tasty at all and a quite poor choice. I hope you will be able to fix these small issues to ensure your future guests enjoy their stay and your business would grow.

I like this particular hotel as it was my first and become my first choice hotel in Dubai due to staff reception, location and facilities however my recent stay was below my expectations as I felt mislead by staff not fulfilling promises to offer my entitled upgrade as platinum member, never said anything during my stay, I was denied my discount entitlement as a business card holder which I bothered myself to renew prior to me booking because I wanted to gain that offer. My welcome drink coupon I was told by the bar no longer includes wine which Ive been offered by the same hotel previously. I had to resort to a cheap box juice drink. I felt the hotel this time placed profits above guest satisfaction. I had to pay for airport drop off without any discount considering my disappointment this time during my stay. In conclusion I left the hotel with the mindset it is no longer the hotel I knew. There are several hotels in Dubai in the same location and my wife had already suggested a few.
