Spacious & clean room with a comfy bed! Also nice bathroom with a bathtub and shower separately. I loved the swimming pool on the rooftop, with a nice view over Abu Dhabi. Also nice that they had a sauna and steam bath! Hotel is very well located in the center of Abu Dhabi. As a solo female traveler I felt safe, and the hotel staff were very helpful (also late at night). They gave me advice for a desert tour for a good price, which was the best of all tours.

It has been one of my fav hotel to stay in Dubai . After 2017 I visited the hotel in 2022 lots of improvement noticed compare to my previous stay . One more thing to improve- TV set to be replaced with bigger size LED with required connections.

The desk team and the restaurant team are extremely polite and professional but the issues are elsewhere. The hotel hosts live performances shows (cabaret, disco night with dj...), the place open to non guests + really noisy until 2-3am. While Covid rules are implemented during the day, no-one of those external are wearing masks during the evening. Lift is not secured by card. Anyone can go up and down the floors using the lift. Rooftop is very small and also open to external guests. Pool in the rooftop is extremely small,generally filled with kids and was not available during 2 days out of the 5 I was in the hotel. The pool can also be accessible by non guests during the day. 1st floor rooms are very noisy due to live performances taking place in the ground floor.Very bad smell came out from the bathroom and there was no way to get rid of it. Only solution found was to keep AC at 21degrees Celsius while outside we had just 25degrees Celsius. Overall all rooms.need to be refurbished as carpet and walls are in poor conditions.

Couldn’t have a non-smoking room, reservation and payment details were wrong, the bath drain was clogged so the bathroom went wet every time we took shower. Location was fine and the staff very kind, but the management needs to improve.

Lots of blink but terribly noisy and badly frequented

A place I would not recommand to stay in. There are 2 "restaurants"/bar generating a lot of boom boom music, that one can hear even in his room, muffled. Not to say that it is badly frequented by what seems to be hookers. I would not stay there with my familly. Actually I will not go there ever again.

Night club disguised as a hotel

Primary thing that a hotel should deliver is a good night sleep and Mercure Al Mina fails miserably in this. I am an Accor Gold member and instead of an upgrade I was given a room right above the night club. I travel quite a lot and never ever have I heard so much noise in a room. I asked to be moved and they moved me one floor up, where the noise was bearable but one could still hear it and feel it. I would recommend you to stay at different Accor propery in Dubai where they value guest’s loyalty.
