I didnt like the stuff at all they talk to me ungry specially the Indian ladies i didnt sleep well the call to much at 12 h and i book 2 days. They dont accept they told me take your things and move because we are full booking

I can say that our stay here is okay. The problem is that the service is not that good. Reception keeps on calling us regarding our visitor. I understand that it's for our safety. The thing is that we already scanned my cousins' ID at the reception. But still they're calling us in the room to scan the ID. And also we feel like they overcharged us for our stay just because my partner vomitted on their carpet unintentionally. Actually, we even clean it by ourselves that vomit but the security stopped us. He said it's okay, it happens. But he didn't inform us that we will be charge for that. I'm a Platinum member and this is my first time to stay in this hotel and I celebrated my birthday here but we felt that we're not welcomed in this hotel. I doubt if we will stay again here. The hotel and the ambiance is nice, the housekeeping respond to our request immediately. But some of the receptionists doesn't have good service at all. I'm so sorry but overall we're very disappointed.

The hotel entrance design is very attractive, it is nice and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and the top one is the tour desk girl Sonu. She is a wonderful girl, she booked my Expo ticket and a couple of other tours. The location of the hotel is not satisfying and I would mislead other guests if I say it is very good. The club accsess has no privacy and I have witnessed very drunk clubbers coming out from the main door. The club reception girls area need to be separated from the hotel reception. The hotel prices are reasonable, but the food is expensive in comparison to other places. All in all my stay was good and thanks for your services.

I spent a week or so this time and was living in different side of the hotel than usual. I was kept awake or disturbed almost every night until the early hours with the booming noise from the night club. (I was on 2nd floor) There was insufficient cutlery laid out on tables and same with bowls and plates. Lots of the time I had to wait for something. The staff had to serve the food and a lot of the time they were struggling to keep up with the demand from customers. ( not the staffs fault they were very pleasant despite they’re workload)

The only reason why I keep coming back , Is the Staff ! The front desk are mind blowing and true professionals. Everyone at reception from Anita , Deki , Betina , Angelica are true hosts. They have always been so flexible to making possible every requests I want to specially take the moment and Thank Anita , for making my last stay such a memorable one I was upgraded to a suite and it was completely unexpected , It was a very sweet gesture and something that makes me want to come again I truly feel appreciated as a regular guest and I must say Anita is doing an amazing job in taking care of preferences of regular guests Thanks again , see you soon !!

am regular guest and am always happy to stay with this property but due to increase prices in this property I didn't book room more than year. I would like to suggest if hotel will make same rate which i used to during my stay which between AED 121 to AED 150 all included will be really great

My whole experience was absolutely fantastic, I was greeted with a welcome drink voucher as soon as I Checked in, dinner was the restaurant was delicious and all the staffs including the cleaners were always with a smile and made m experience so worthwhile. I’m a returning guest and will always be. This place has become my 2nd home. No matter how crowded it is, the staff are always smiling and greeting and taking care of every little thing. Angelica, Berina, Dilki and the rest. From the bell boy to the man behind the hotel, they are all amazing.

Everything was excellent, other than the fact that local calls in dubai from dubai landline to another must not be charged as it is free anyways. Lastly, in the night the clubs downstairs and on rooftops make too much noise than they should disturbing sleep if your guests.

It was really good value about £26 per night. It’s very clean and rooms are nice with comfy bed and helpful staff. The area isn’t great (massage parlours which look a tad dubious and the hotel down seems to attract a lot of young women) but it’s safe and close to everything in taxi was about £5 to Dubai mall
