Everything is good except the parking (no free parking) and too few parking slots. So if you are using a car, then it’s not the best choice

First of all, in your email my name contains obvious mistake, which means that person who wrote an email does not know how to use "copy-paste" function. However, the worst experience was while checking in, when administration refused to accept foreign guests because they did not have the registration blank from previous hotel. Representatives of the official delegation were invited by the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia (mentioned on their visa page) and they had to wait around 40 mins to be approved. Moreover, administration also refused to accept ME, Russian citizen, because I had only Russian foreign passport. Later on another staff member approached me and agreed to check me in. However, the first experience was already spoiled. The reception staff who worked on 9th September should be re-trained because of their attitude and inability to communicate. However, rooms were really comfortable and breakfasts were extremely delicious.

Nevertheless Mercure Rostov-on-Don Center works according to the Russian Laws of migration policy. All of the citizens arrival must have appropriate documents as the hotel provides their registration at the Ministry of Internal Affairs. All of the hotels in Rostov-on-Don are under special control as Rostov region is the front-line territory. I am sorry my colleagues could not inform you in a correct way. Unfortunately, we had a terrible view from our room. Also the room is old and untidy. There is no parking near hotel. The hotel managers could not find my card approval for late check in. At breakfast I saw two flies near food! Disgusting!
