Food in the coffee shop was really so so....fish & chips were soft, and wet, not crispy. Less choice during breakfast time. Staff are nice but food...big room for improvement, as far as a 4 stars hotel is concern, food quality is totally unacceptable. Secondly, due to my flight schedule, I requested late check-out, usually i've never been turned down when there's availability of room in the hotel, wherever I stayed before. But I was told the latest I could get is 1300H (in other hotel I get always until 1600) or else I'll be charged 25% of room rate. I meant, what? I've never heard of this elsewhere until I'm in this hotel ! Well, I visit Jakarta pretty frequent, I stayed in Intercon, doubletree by Hilton before, due to meeting location and, this is my first time to be in Grand Mercure as I wanted to be near my customer. On my next visit, I really have to think it over.

Good stay at your hotel and issue about Covic-19

I love to stay at Grand Mercure hotel. Thank you for all your hospitality during my stay. Due to Covic-19 issue, I have a question for Accor group related to social-distance regulation which was stated by Indonesia government regulation recently. By regulation, to against this kind of virus, the people have to get a minimum distance 1 (one) meters each other. Because I am a spa lover, what is your regulation and responsibility for the quests and spa therapist in Indonesia's hotels? We know that for spa treatment, the quest and therapist directly contact each other and this is very dangerous activity for this current health situation. Please let me know what is your policy for this issue. This is a huge problem due to we concern and care for people (for Accor hotel guest and workers). I know one of the hotel group already made a beautiful decision about this issue. I hope Accor group also have a nice decision to help us against spreading of Covic-19 for all your hotels in Indonesia especially in Jakarta.
