The Mercure at Gladstone is a must stop at when visiting Gladstone , the staff are very welcoming and friendly . The rooms are clean and of a good size so you don't feel like you are living in a box , and the service in the bar and restaurant is excellent.

I was t aware that the rooms weren't serviced daily, this wasn't explained to me upon check-in. As an Accor Gold Member I was supose to received a welcome gift and a complimentary drink but that never happened on either of my stays over two weeks.

great stay under difficult circumstances. The staff were outstanding.Being a little older than most of the clientele, the staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and well being. The food was good and the bar service exceptional

From the moment I arrived to the last minute before departure I was made to feel like a valued guest whose patronage was appreciated. Attached to a great sports club with plenty of dining options. Bars, keno and pokies for a flutter. I’m on the road semi- regularly for my work and my next stay in Gladstone will definitely be at the Mercure Gladstone.

From start to finish we were met warmly and professionally. Everything was taken care of with any needs required. Meals, entertainment and service great. Room was very comfortable, roomy and clean. Had a lovely balcony with a great view of the town. Location for us was perfect for our needs. Was a great 2day stay and will stay again

We both liked the room very clean and plenty of room. Staff all very nice and friendly. Only disappointing experience was dinner at Pacino Restaurant although the food was very nice and the staff pleasant they di hurry us along coming to our table to ask for order 4 times in about 5 minutes, constantly coming over and asking if we needed anything and although I asked for space between our entree and main meals as I can’t eat a lot because of a medical issue our mains where served straight after our entree thus I did not enjoy or eat much of my main meal
