The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel was quiet and check in was easy. Wouldn’t say the breakfast was good value for money as £20 for 2 people for continental breakfast with no fruit juices.

Stayed for two night at the Cambridge station Ibis. The staff were very helpful and friendly, However the bedroom was not properly cleaned, even though it stated on a piece of card on the door handle that the room had been cleaned to a high standard. We moved the beds slightly apart and the dirt between the beds were shocking!

Lovely clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Right next to the railway station with a couple of nice bars. Five munute bus ride into the centre costing £1 ! Stayed in a 4 * hotel previous two nights and wasnt as clean as the Ibis! Great value for money.

Our overall stay was perfect. We arrived an hour earlier of check-in time and we been accommodated with no problem and not wait after the lady checked if the room was ready. Very clean, hand sanitary everywhere. We didn't have breakfast but they offered for takeaway if we wish to. Great location, approximately 20 minutes walk from the centre, car park one-minute walk (we paid for 2 days parking £25.00), very close to the central station less than a minute. We really recommend basically we didn't miss anything we needed, everything was in your doorstep. The staff was very nice and polite. Thank you, Lina and Joe

clean and tidy. Staff always there too help. Our room was clean and spacious. The whole hotel was lovely and clean. The hotel is lovely and close too the train station. Close too a mini supermarket and 2 bars.

Unfortunately our stay had to be cut short b ecause of covid 19. The room was clean although could have been more towels. We were only people for breakfast and staff were very helpful at giving us a made to order breakfast. Young mostly friendly staff. Good location for train station.

Overall, for an economy hotel, we had a good experience. The issues we had are: a) sitting on the commode the seat broke into pieces but it was fixed the next day, b) no wash clothes and the same liquid soap for body and hair made me wonder about how clean I was getting, c) the container of liquid soap emptied and was not replaced.

Great hotel right next to the station. Beds comfortable, shower was good. Tea/Coffee in room. Breakfast was good if you got it when it was brought out hot as it was fresh, otherwise it was a bit baked up.

It was the usual Ibis hotel experience in the main, the hotel is located next to Cambridge station, about a 30 min walk from the town centre for a good walker. As is common there's no car park but the station car park is bect door at a cost of £12.50 per day. Room was well decorated with most if the things you need and the usual pod style shower room. The only issue was that the bed was rather uncomfortable and not up to the usual standard for these hotels. This is not a luxury hotel chain, it's somewhere you stay for a night or two when all you want is a good night's sleep and usually they deliver that well, but in this case the beds had clearly not been updated when the rooms were with thin uncomfortable mattresses. At first I actually thought it was some kind of sofa bed. Breakfast was ok, a good range but things on the buffet were cold and not all the items on the menu were available plus the staff on duty didn't seem to have much if a client what was going on and disappeared for long stretches of time. Reception staff were friendly and the bar and cafe downstairs was great with friendly on the ball staff.

Staff were friendly, pleasant, helpful and efficient throughout. The room was clean and in good condition. We slept very well: the bed was comfortable and we were not disturbed by noise, despite our room overlooking the railway station.

My best friend and I stayed for our birthday weekend. We loved Cambridge- so many lovely places to see and lots of great places to eat, drink and shop. The hotel was perfectly situated for the train station and just a short walk into town. The lobby and cafe were great- lovely food and drink and relaxing atmosphere.

Having returned home yesterday I was told by my sister in law that the bites on my body look like bed bug bites. They appeared whilst staying in room 361

We inspected the room you mentioned to Servest Pest Patrol standards who are a member of the British Pest Control Association and no bedbugs activity has been found. Accor has also a bedbug preventative treatment in place. I have also emailed you a formal letter from our Maintenance Manager. The staffs at reception are the most friendly people you will ever meet. They always greet customers with great politeness, and be extremely patient with 'difficult' customers. Room is clean and tidy; housekeeping could be either very good or done with minimal effort, it varies weekly. Breakfast served is very good, and gets really busy between 7.30-8.30am. Café next to reception is equally good - they serve proper croissant and pain au chocolate!
