Hotel was nice and clean, reception a bit too informal in my opinion. Room was OK, asked for a quiet room, but I got the room next to the elivator, so not that quiet. Hairdryer was terrible! I had an important meeting, but wasn't able to do my hair in a descent way. Asked at the reception for an alternative, but they had none.

Location is perfect, not right opposite gard du Nord so not as noisy. Close to both RER and metro which made it perfect for us. Breakfast options were good with both hot and cold meats/breads and cereals. A nice start to the day. Rooms were clean and compact but you expect that in Paris. A big thank you to the staff. I stay at this hotel quite often. Unfortunately this time the room I got could not close properly the blinds and was in front of a street ligth, thus inside the room is was quite bright the whole night. On top of that, because it was quite a low floor, I could hear the noise from the cars and trains... a quite bad night followed by a quite tired mood the day after for an important meeting... not a great experience.

I’ve stayed at the hotel for 5 nights from February 19th to February 24th 2020. I’ve paid for their Privilege room. To start with, I got to the hotel and noticed that the entrance glass door was broken (which is a safety hazard it itself!) I then went up to my room and started to inspect it as I my first impressions of the hotel wasn’t a great one at first when I spotted the hotel front sliding glass doors! I got to my room (room 704) and noticed a musty smell that was being covered by an air freshener they’d placed! I inspected the bathroom, under the bed, the wardrobe and the windows. I noticed that the window vents that were uncovered (I wish I could add pictures to this review!!), the vents were actually stuffed with paper tissue which made the room extremely cold!! I slept with the hotel bath robe on that night to keep warm but to no avail! Getting out of the shower was the craziest experience as it felt like I was stepping into the cold outside, the room was that cold. I noticed that the board that holds the tv was not mounted properly and made noise, which is where I need to plug my travel socket. This is totally unacceptable for a room costing 140€ the night!!! Momar promised a refund of that night which I never got! I went on with my day as I was primarily there for business purposes. I got back to my hotel and thought I must say something Because I will be staying in this hotel for four more nights. I then mentioned it to reception where this gentleman called Momar was. Momar apologised and put me into another privilege room (room 705). I also asked for a portable heater which I got. This room was good, albeit smaller than the one I’d paid for. The room was great, but the bathroom was dismal. There was a split in the shower door and glass shower wall which means that the floor would be full of water after every shower. It made my shower time stressful as I had to ensure I stood in a particular way to avoid the water ending up on the floor. I cleaned this up the first time in that room and then left a large towel on the floor, which was very wet whenever i got out of the shower. Well it wasn’t pleasant at all!! The second night around midnight, I went down to reception to collect food from an uber driver and then saw Momar and the assistant manager and said hello. I went back up to my room and then got a phone call (on the hotel room phone) from Momar!! At midnight!!! asking me if he could come up to my room as he had some good news about my first night’s misfortune. I said ok. Momar came to my room to tell me that the assistant manager would give me 2000 points and I needed to give a good review on the hotel. So Momar proceeded with asking me to take my phone and writing my experience and mentioning that He had helped me and ensuring that I use every complementary word in the dictionary to explain how helpful he had been. Momar also insinuated that, I quote, I ‘could write the review in English if i wanted’!! (I am French and fluent in English). He explained that he would take my review upwards to management so they could process my points. I didn’t understand how a review has anything to do with me getting a refund or points!! Well I saw through this scheme of his! I wrote the review so he could leave my room and he left the room AFTER I had showed him the good review I’d written!! When he left, I then read some of the reviews and noticed a few that mentioned the cold rooms and people were given portable heaters. I then noticed that I wasnt the only one! And lo and behold, I also notice that most reviews mentioned Momar and how ‘helpful’ he was. All these reviews mentioned the word ‘helpful’! What irony and what a conincidence!! Momar can be helpful and has a great personality but i, being a woman, felt pressured that night!! I deleted the good review I was coerced to write and wrote my own account. Needless to mention that I’ve received no refund or points. I was told lies so i could write a good review!

When we arrived reception asked for ALL card and it’s expiry date even though my card no was on printout and on his computer Worth the extra cost for upgrade room excellent wet room No drawers which meant living out of suitcase Good breakfast - lovely staff Keyless room cards (2) failed twice meaning a trip from 7th floor to reception Room was spotless Kettle base was in a fixed position and cord wasn’t long enough to reach socket without turning the heavy table.Table positioned so that Nespresso cable would reach. Told reception about bulge in ceiling above the bed at head end.Hopefully this will have been checkeSse pic on Tripadvisor

A basic/ stylish room to stay if traveling in/out of Gare de Nord. Staff was great and accommodating. They have room service and breakfast. Short walk with luggage to the station. We traveled by train from the Netherlands to Gare de Nord. Then took the RER to CDG the next morning.

The location to Gare de Nord station was good. The hotel overall was nice, rooms were nice and compact. Our only comment was the reception. The receptionists were not very friendly and seemed to be pre-occupied with our things. The welcome was not very good.

This is my worst experience in an hotel. The location is horrible, the view over the rail ways a disaster. The noise in and out the hotel is unbearable. The uneducated employees just open the door whenever they want to undertake house keeping. Choose another hotel.

This hotel used to be pretty decent but has dropped in standard and there are many better options for the same cost or cheaper. The air con broke and sounded like a freight train, I couldn’t get hold of anyone so at 4am was down in reception. Finally managed to reach someone at 6.30am when they moved me to another room - a twin. The water stopped mid shower, when I mentioned at check out they casually said there was a leak which was being repaired - maybe a call to advise against showering? Location is great for the station but that’s about it.
