club lounge was disappointing. Person talking to other customers. Coffee thrown together no food as eaten and not replenished therefore nothing available to eat. Choice was VERY limited anyway. We were really looking forward to this stay and added club lounge to make it special. Probably wouldn't do this again. Free drink was a lovely idea and breakfast great.

We enjoyed our stay and it was great being able to leave our car there while we wandered around the city after we had checked out. My only one small criticism was that the room was not spotlessly clean, particularly the kitchen cupboards which needed a good wipe down. Beautiful bathroom which was lovely and clean though.

Great location, lacking a bit in service

Beautiful hotel, staff were very nice. but my room was cold and was shocked that there were no blankets in the room at all, so I struggled to sleep the first night. Second night, I got a blanket and the staff said they would send someone up to change the aircon and they didnt. Not too big a deal as I had the blanket so I was warm the second night. Breakfast in the morning looked great, but there was no salt or pepper delivered with the poached eggs. Bit disappointing.

We found your staff very pleasant and courteous. My only adverse comment would be some of the lighting in the Hotel especially our room which I thought was dull. Some more powerful globes would have been helpful. The dining room was very good and the Bathroom OK but our main room area/bed area we thought was a little dull.

All good - one hiccup but was resolved satisfactorily. Room was well presented meals were excellent. Would of been nice to have housebar open but guess it was Sunday. This is one of Accors better hotels for getting club benefits.

Here at the Sofitel, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. In regards to our staff not wearing mask; We apologize if this made you uncomfortable. As we were not in an alert level that made this mandatory by the government, it was not mandatory in the hotel. Directly after the announcement made at 6pm Tuesday evening it became mandatory for all staff in the hotel before 11:59pm. please note we take this very seriously and comply with all government requirements during lockdown. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address your concerns to prevent future occurrence. Every thing about this hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly, helpful and professinal. Valet parking is easy. Restaurant great food nice variety to choose from for breakfast. We stay here often as it ticks all the boxes.
