Very good hotel in terms of rooms quality and forniture. The reception staff is very kind and helpful. There is a huge variety of food for breakfast ranging from continental to traditional cuisine. The position is good as well.

All in all a good business hotel. Breakfast should be available at 06:00 o'clock also for the weekends, because the most people stay there for business.

Terrible , I could be in hospital as I could ingested broken glass piece if Ibciuld not feel in my mouth! I took it from my mouth while drinking water. The served glasses was not controlled and inside there were firgotten broken glass pieceI had very bad experience ! Hotel management try to compansate of my dinner payment but it was really dishister situation! May I already swallowed other pieces!!

« I've stayed a few times in different cities. Twise in Lipetsk »

With your rather high level of prices in the market, the following is surprising: - Lack of hygiene accessories in your room: brushing (brush, toothpaste, floss), ear sticks and cotton swabs, shaving kit, - there's no set of threads and a sewing needle, - when I moved into a hotel room, there's a roll of toilet paper in the toilet, part of which was used (of course, the end of the paper is wrapped in a corner, but it's not a public toilet)

My experience with the grill outside, is a big plus for the hotel. My opinion is that due to the prices You have a loss of customers and hotel guests because they go outside to eat.

We liked the location of Mercure Hotel in Lipetsk. However, we experienced hotel's maintenance problems. Such as malfunctioning AC unit and water maintenance in room that caused us to relocate to a different room.

I stay with this hotel from 2013. During last 2-3 years I can see increasing of hotel loading, it's really difficult to book 2-3 days before. It's good for you, but you should remember that is not because of your actions but because there are no any good hotel in Lipetsk. So I believe you clearly understand that you have no competition and as a result you started very rood policy of cost cutting which follows serious quality falt
