Breathtaking Views of Black Sea!

Located at the city center with amazing views of the Black Sea. Room was spacious with a balcony, comfortable bed. Spa had sauna, steam, heated indoor swimming pool and breakfast was amazing! Staff are very courteous and co-operative and they offered free late checkout.

Overall quality is declining

We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions over the years, but in the last 18-months we definitely feel that the overall quality of the experience has declined, and that it now no longer reflects the prices that are being charged. On this recent stay, we ordered from the room service menu and were disappionted with the quality of some of the food (tuna steak was hard and dry), and the breakfast options seem to be a lot more limited these days. Staying with our 2-year old son, we asked for a child bed to be available in our room - one was provided, but it was completely inadequate for our son due to its size (it was far too small), and we ended up rearranging the small couch in the bedroom where he could sleep. The room we were in (1100) looked to have burn marks on the floor in the living room, and the air conditioning system had to be set to 10-degrees just to make the temperature anywhere close to comfortable (anything higher than this, the heat was just unbearable). We also noticed that the air conditioning system seemed to make the room considerably drier than usual, and there was an overpowering feeling of dust in the air when the fans came on throughout the evening. In total, for our room and food (room service), we paid in excess of 41,000rub for a single night in this hotel, at a period that can be described as 'off-season' for this city and region. The overall quality of the hotel, the food, and the experience we had was definitely not worth anywhere close to this amount, and we will now be looking for other alternative accommodation providers in the future. The Hyatt is almost next door to the Pullman in Sochi, and they are looking much more appealing.

from the 1st moment will feel well welcomed. the room was big and very clean with an amazing view on the sea. As usual we received an upgrade, which is always appreciable. The mattress / bed was SUPER comfortable ; thank you that you offer us a late check out, because it was so difficult to leave it. the dinner at the restaurant Sel Marin was a pleasant experience with an extremely dedicated staff and a special thanks for the cake for a friend birthday.

Great for the night

Stayed just one night for a Business / Leisure reason, and this hotel consistently performs in almost all areas. I opted for room service dining for the first time, as on my last two stays here I felt that the breakfast offering wasn't as good as it had been previously. Room service was great, and no complaints there at all.
