Overall stay is okay, as service is expected for a 4 star hotel. But on the 31st of December, i was very upset when returned to my room and saw that there is a very big patch of yellowish pinkish stain (which is hard has texture) on my blanket/comforter. It is very obvious that those are either body fluid or dried glue. I was very very upset, how can a new blanket in a 4 star hotel room have this type of fluid? And why the person cleaning my room did not notice such big patch of harden fluid on the blanket? I went to the front desk, met Jun Han, he immediately know what i am talking about, he tried to get the cleaners BUT everyone went home. He politely asked if i can return to the room while he sort something out for me. In less than 2 minutes after I return to my room, he came to my room himself with a new blanket/comforter. This is what i call a 10 star service. The timing he show up in important because i am already very furious about the fluid. I have stayed in many top hotels including 4 Seasons and Grand Hyatt ect.. NEVER for once i have this type of excellent service. It is because of him i continued with my stay and gave a good rating to the hotel. He should be praised for how he handled my case. I will come back to stay in your hotel in the future because of the excellent service. Thank you

Great stay. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The Hotel is walking distance to Yeoksam station, restaurants and shops. They have free hotel shuttle to Myeongdong everyday at 1 pm. Room is nice and clean, and we love the warm toilet seat :) The only down side is the hotel central heating which they setup at pretty high temp and makes the room quite hot. My husband couldn't sleep because it was too hot to his liking. Special thanks to David Oh, the front desk supervisor who went out of his way to help us with organising our tours, transports and communication. He was very professional at all time. We brought our concern about the room heating to David, and after that they must have adjusted the central heating temperature and it was much better. Overall great stay, great location, great staff.

« Comfortable, a little dry, but very friendly »

The room was cleaned very nicely. I also received a Christmas gift (cookies)!! Sometimes the water was in the fridge and I was not certain if that was for free. Maybe it can't be helped, but the room was a little dry and I needed to drink water at night. Overall, people were nice and I am satisfied with the great service. There was a lot of baggage to carry when I checked out, and a lady at the front desk helped me to carry a suitcase to the bus station. She was very kind.

The food quality was poor. No good chef for international cuisine. The Room size was small vis-a-vis the price charged.

I really liked how the Christmas Eve dinner event was not crowded, but thought it was a bit odd that we were seated right next to other people when there was so much space elsewhere. We still had a great time. The bed was very comfortable and I wish I had a mattress like that.

« Comfortable room nice location but staff at the front could be better! »

Overall was really good! But at the checkout, the lady asked to pay ( I already did online, but I didn’t get at first that there’s a policy to pay at the hotel). The man came to explain I appreciated it. But I hope the lady front staff could be better to explain politely. Also, she should asked if I want tax refund or not, obviously if a tourist!

« Very nice hotel, friendly reception and good location »

One of the days i was there, my room number did not appear on the Breakfast list. The person in charge of breakfast was very direct, telling me that i do not have the right to enter. Eventually, he found my name, but i felt that i had to ask too much for him to do so. I was expecting that he would have checked for the name without me asking.

The staff was very helpful especially the manager on duty Mr Jun Han. He facilitated in helping us forward our luggage through the courier service to Pullman as we were off to Mt seorak after our stay at meecure ambassador sodowe. He also helped to ensure the other hotel will receive our luggage. When we asked front desk to check if the other hotel had received our luggage the next day the staff willingly gave the other hotel a call. Thus, the service at this hotel is first class.

« Pleasant stay with only one problem. »

Pleasant stay. Very pleasant, helpful staff. The room was very comfortable. I had one dinner in level 21 restaurant / bar and while the food was good and the view wonderful it was very dim probably necessarily so as to not detract from the view but I was there to dine and there was no other real option if I wanted to dine in the hotel. The lobby had the worst, most aggravating music I have ever heard and to make matters worse it was on a very short, approximately 3-5 minute loop. It was so bad that it influenced my decision to NOT have dinner in the lobby bar.

At first I was planning to leave my luggage at the hotel since I had arrived early in the morning before check in time but the front staff said that since I am Accor member and used to stay at this hotel before so she will check me in as there was 1 available room at that moment. So I am able to take a shower and do some refreshment before heading out for my schedule that day. I think it’s my fifth time staying at this hotel when I was in Seoul both for business and leisure. Nice to be back....
