Did not ask if I smoke and assigned a smoking floor which I needed to change after complaining. Before arrival already asked not to reserve the room at the end of the floor, still, arranged the room at the end of the corner. What is the purposes for asking my preferences?

I ordered a room fare including lounge access at the reception, however no personnel reminded me there is no food in the lounge during the evening. In the next day the lounge opens at 14:30 but also no food but only some cola and water. If the reception personnel would inform how the lounge (could it even be called "lounge"?!) works, nobody would book this kind of room right? When i ask for refund/cancelling the extra charge for the lounge when checking-out (didn't consume anything there), the hotel personnel, especially Mr. He, showed rude attitude and insisted the only compensation could be a discount for next stay in this hotel. Are you kidding me? Shishi is not a city which you will repeatedly visit. When I asked for a complaint claim, Mr. He arrogantly told me to complain in internet and claimed that he was in charge of the hotel, and Accor HQ China/global has no right to intervene his decision. The hotel located in nowhere, nothing for dinning/drinking/shopping in the nearby. 我直接在酒店前台预定了包含酒廊使用价格的房间。但是预定时酒店前台工作人员没人提醒当天酒廊晚上没有可以吃的东西,第二天酒廊也要等到下午2点半才开,而且两点半以后也只有可乐和水。这种情况下如果有提醒谁会订带酒廊费的房间? 退房时我要求把酒廊使用费去掉(没有使用任何东西),但是工作人员尤其是一位姓何的同事非常粗鲁地拒绝。他提出的唯一补偿是下次再住该酒店时打折。请问这是在耍客人吗?谁知道下次再去石狮是什么时候?当我提出要投诉时,何还非常傲慢地说要投诉只能自己去网上投诉,而且他是主管,雅高中国总部无权干涉酒店运营。 酒店本身地处偏远,周围没有任何可以吃饭逛的地方。

I was very disappointed A)in the shower room where we take shower the water was not going inside the drainage and it was blocked b)they are not keeping shower gel and keeping 2 shampoos in the toilet this is happening 2nd time with them tell them to to teach their housekeeping staff that shampoo and shower gel is important to take shower

We stay here often as it its convenient for work.This stay was for 17 days...In August we had our company group here...with 4 rooms for almost one month...But in the end we get absolutely almost no recognition.Finally last week we had sales executive sign us up for a CORPORATE ACCOUNT.BEFORE THAT WE HAD NEVER BEEN CONTACTED YET WE GAVE THE HOTEL MORE THAN 200 nights overt the last year.The staff are wonderful young people but they lack serious training....None of the staff here ever attended a hospitality school so they do not have basic training.Sad that the management is weak that they do not recognize this.Also the hotel offers very little services...there is one restaurant in the hotel...another one if you go outside....there are no facilities like hairdresser or convenience store...even bank ATM IS OUTSIDE.ASLL IN ALL A 5 STAR PROPERTY BUT NOT 5 STAR SERVICE.The hotel manager has not once contacted any of us yet we have to be one of the best customers.,..very strange ...now we will be owing to Quanzhou Hilton
