The room was good. But checked in was so slow. It took more than ten minutes just for one person. And someone cut in line and talk, talk, talk…The stuff did not say anything and laughing… Terrible.

The frontdesk people at Ibis Manaus is not a skilled people and very slow. Make us feel unwelcome. Ask to fill up forms everytime we check in, even if you are a Accor member.

I stayed at the hotel many times had no issues it’s a great place and I would recommend it to anyone, however; one of the staffs a manager told the employees I have to pay now for a bottle of water it’s their new policy and as tired as I was I had to go to my room get my wallet and come back down however the same lady, the manager told a customer the next day he could pay now or later it’s his choice when he ordered 2 bottles of beer, I feel I was judged and treated without respect I travel for a living and always stay in hotels and I’m not sure what the culture is in Brazil but I’d pay for good service any day over disrespect and I’ll never be staying there again due to the unprofessionalism I experienced at my last stay

Good value for the money and pleasant staff. Long lines to check in and very slow restaurant (wait person forgot our order) service and mixed drinks at the bar took 5-10 minutes to make (made in the kitchen?).

My expectations were met.

Main desk crew spoke very bad english. Wanted to go to eat somethung to restaurant at 1:15. They told me is closed because they close at 1:30. And offered me horrendous sandwiches from reception or to go to closest mall to eat.
