Em relação ao ar condicionado, nessa época de verão, uma combinação de direção dos ventos e temperatura pode causar um superaquecimento da casa de máquinas, ocasionando instabilidade no sistema de ar condicionado, estamos com nosso departamento técnico avaliando diversas possibilidades de adequação nesse local para eliminarmos essa ocorrência, que pode ocorrer esporadicamente, ou seja, apenas quando há uma combinação específica de temperatura externa, direção e velocidade dos ventos. « Ótima relação custo-benefício »

This was the third time I stayed at Novotel Santos. This is my choice whenever I visit Santos. However, the present experience was not perfect. Nothing wrong happened to me and my family, but I witnessed something I didn't like. At the exact time I was doing my check in, a family approached the hotel receptionist and said the small fridge if their room wasn't working properly. According to them, the drinks in it were almost at room temperature and they needed to store an expensive and important medicine in it. There receptionist said the fridge was ok and that the purpose of the equipment was just keeping temperature. How so? I think that if there's no need to keep things cold, there's no need to have a fridge in the room, consuming the energy of the hotel unnecessarily. The receptionist could have at least sent somebody to their room to see if there was something really wrong. After witnessing this problem, we got a little worried about the quality of the customer service of the hotel.

« Very quiet and comfortable. Good location. »

In general terms, very nice hotel, extremely nice staff, and overall maintenance is good. Very clean, and despite being close to a busy street, rooms are very quiet. Bed is very nice, air conditioning a little noisy but bearable. Two negative things for me were the extremely limited TV channels. Unless you are a native speaker who enjoys watching the Senate discussions 24x7, or a myriad of infomertials, you are in bad luck. Even international channels such as Warner as dubbed to portuguese. TV is also a bit small in comparison to those found in other similar hotels, and not a smart TV, so forget Youtube or Netflix. The other thing I didn't like is that room does not have an iron. I asked for one, almost an hour later they brought me a very old one they probably had stashed somewhere.

Comfortable. Breakfast satisfatory. My only complaint is about the security: there is no door chain, a very simple accessory that improves security a lot. In my opinion, this is a very huge fail.

« Horrible check in experience ever »

I am okay for the long waiting time and the dirty room as I won't expect everything perfect in that hotel rate. However, the attitude for the Check in lady Nina is unacceptable. I traveled a lot around the world and is the member of SPG and marriott group. I was with my husband and my son. My son actually has a choice that he won't stay in the hotel as we have house in Praia grande, grandma was eagerly to take him on that night as they could play in the morning next day. As long as I could provide the document, and no fare different. I don't understand why the lady kept asking question like a police, like who will take the kid tonight? Someone send him away tonight (shock), you are not his mum..? I absolutely feel offended why I have to explain everything to you and it is actually none of her business. I imagined if I tell her everything and she will definitely keep an eye on us. That is super ridiculous and funny I am not sure I am living in a hotel or high security prison. What is a threat to a 3years old kid? Her service language and etiquette is definitely needed to be received a proper training.

Pleasant most of the time. Elevators are quite busy in the mornings and at check-out time. Air conditioner was not working well all the time so room felt damp.

Room was acceptable , clean but breakfast room was dark not clean and inviting . Overall Hotel conditions need improvement. Please see your hotel in Viña Del Mar Chile.. that is how your hotel should look and be maintained.

« It was good regarding the breakfast, the pool and the employees. But the cleaning was not good. »

The breakfast was good, the pool was great to use. Evryone trated me well. But, the room was not well clean, one day I was barefoot in the room for a couple hours and my feet got really dirty, i had just got back from work in the end of the day and the room was supposed to be clean. The courtain in the room besides the bathroom was durty since day one.

My agent sent specific orders to allow the consumption of water on the mini-fridge at the room what the attendants were not aware of that, which caused big misunderstanding in them end.

i had a good experience: welcoming and helpful staff. accommodation is ok. gym requires update especially to machines that do not work. breakfast price is on the high side and there is nothing special that can justify it.
