Le nostre sistemazioni

80 camere completamente rinnovate nel 2019. Tutte le camere sono dotate di balcone e vista panoramica sulla valle o sul resort. Con una superficie di 34 m² sono ideali per famiglie di 2 adulti e 2 bambini o 4 adulti. Le camere vantano letti a castello separati dalla camera da letto principale. Bagno con doccia o vasca, asciugacapelli e macchina da caffè Nespresso. TV a schermo piatto e WIFI gratuito. Per maggiore comfort scegliete le suite con zona soggiorno.

We stayed here as part of a family ski holiday and received a pleasant welcome upon arrival. The hotel and room were clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel incorporates convenient access to ski hire & lockers, and is located a short walk to the nearest lift. Good beds and sound insulation lent themselves to getting a good night’s sleep, our only criticism of the room was not having a wash basin in the separate toilet room. We stayed half-board and were pleased with the range & quality of buffet breakfast & evening dinner – particularly the delicious deserts. During the check-in we were given complimentary glass water bottles, for use with water dispensers on two of the floors – and told this was part of the hotel’s efforts to improve sustainability. This felt like greenwashing to us because sustainability was clearly not high on the hotel’s priority list – each bottle had a neoprene cover and it would be more sustainable if they were collected back at the end of the stay for reuse. The rooms also included complimentary slippers that probably wouldn’t last long – an unnecessary waste of resources. Overall, the hotel provided a pleasant stay of would happily recommend.

A good but unfortunately a short stay

I only had a short business trip and didn´t have time to go to spa or use other services but what I experienced was really good. The staff in reception were very helpful as well as the staff in the bar and in dinner. Beautiful hotel overall. The room was spacy with a good bed and shower. I definitely could return here for an own holiday but in summer. I prefer hiking to skiing.

Excellent facilities, service and quality of food

My husband and I stayed for four nights with our teenage daughters just before Christmas. We live in France and are used to good quality food, I had read a review that the evening meals were not great, however our experience was that the food was truly excellent. All prepared onsite with fresh produce, lots of grilled vegetables and a huge selection of breads and cakes in the morning. We had a very relaxing stay thanks to the wonderful facilities, be it ski lockers, spa and pool, bedroom, restaurant or lounge area. Thank you.

Terrible "Service"

This hotel is unable to help travelers with basic requests. It is decidedly NOT a four-star hotel, even though it charges over $800 euros a night. I interacted a completely incompetent Bzioui Yassine, who was unable to give a straight answer about childcare options, babysitting or day care centers. Bzioui did not know if any these were available, and also refused to contact any options for me to determine if they were. It is fine to react in such an anti-customer way if you're a two-star motel, which is exactly where Bzioui works. And, of course, it didn't help that Bzioui constantly addressed me incorrectly. Generally, customers prefer it when you call them by the correct name. Complete failure. If you're paying less than 200 euros for this place and have NO service expectations, it could be good value.
