This is our 5th times staying here, thanks to Ms Yalda for your great service, neat and comfort bedroom, friendly and helpful staffs, great breakfast but limited selection of foods, smooth and fast service during check in and out, one of the best ibis hotel, will stay again soon

would not recommend , my cake was dry and cut into small pieces, maybe kitchen was busy to tell me they dont have cake that was specified in my voucher. Counter was all red carpeted , but no one attending ( only the accor counter)

The hotel is a pretty good standard hotel for an ibis hotel. Everything was clean during my stay. However, AccorPlus members should be aware of unusual standards of this hotel. I was not being attended to for checking in, even after 30 minutes standing at the Accor priority lane. When I prompted to ask the staff, the staff asked me to line up on the normal lines and wait. The checking in process was a bit lengthy, unlike other Accor hotels. In addition, there was also unusual promotional price for the breakfast buffet for Accorplus members in this hotel.

Great central location within walking distance of Petronas Towers and KLCC. Room was fine with comfortable bed; not a lot of space for clothing but otherwise OK. Staff were universally friendly and helpful; we enjoyed the infinity pool; the food in the restaurant was OK though not brilliant.

Every thing was excellent from check in to check out. The room was very clean and quite spacious. The infinite pool was lovely especially at night when the 2 towers are light up. The buffets break fast was ok, mostly Chinese food. I would return and have recommended it to my friends already. Over all it was great place to stay. It is very close to everything.

The hotel is new, everything is clean. Staff is very friendly. Though the swimming pool was closed due to construction work, we were given the free breakfast as compensation. since our flight was in the evening, we asked to extend our stay for a half day and were offered it free of charge. Location of the hotel is perfect, 10 mins walk to the famous twin towers.

Reception staff and the duty managers and the same time general manager are zero qualified about LeClub membership program. Front desk staff are cold and looks like robots, no any welcome on arrival or simple smile, all questions about LeClub membership must be agreed with the duty or general manager who also not sure about it. LeClub counter without any staff all time. Benefits for a platinum member was provided after I applied case to the accor support. I got an answer from hotel after FIVE days of waiting and resending case letter every day. The room was upgraded, but when I asked reception to extend my stay, front desk manager counted for me the rate for upgraded room. On my question why the rate so different she didn't/ find an answer and didn't get that I stayed in upgraded room. As a LeClub member you can pay at check out but the management don't agree with that, I asked madam Yalda about the SOP which they guided about this questions she didn't provide anything as on the question why hotel rules are different from accor membership program. The same time they asking about deposit, but deposit for which service exactly?? the minibar is empty, no any extra stuff or expensive furniture inside. Maybe deposit for pillow and shower gel or paper pen?? Located in the construction area from all sides. From low levels you can see only crane in the window. Shop and cafe on the ground floor are open only on business hours, in case you late you can not buy any drinks or snacks in the hotel. Shops also not in a walking distance, which is open until late - don't accept credit cards. Shuttle bus available only on business days, the schedule is not convenient, the last bus on 4-45pm. Bus driver is an inadequate person with outrange behaviour. Is his driver license still valid? He laughing at the guests and discuss it with another passengers. Patting passengers on the shoulder is completely not acceptable. Still not understand what happened with the staff in this "hotel". They will not give you to sleep even you turn on "not disturb" light on the door. Cleaning staff wake up me every day, some days it was duty manager who so lazy that can not checked her laptop before and find that I made new booking online in the accor application to extend my stay already. She also can not recognised "not disturb" light on the door. Maybe disturb you when you asked not disturb is the special 4 star service here

This is my best ever Ibis Hotel stay experience. Duty Manager Yalda was most friendly and helpful and she made my 2 stays pleasant. I repeated my stay this month. The restaurant and front office staff were polite and efficient. Tony executive chef made sure breakfast spread fresh and good.

« Happy about the room & location, but service & breakfast,not so much »

1. Check-in: Trainees were manning the front desk & when I told them I specifically requested for a Queen bed instead of the assigned 2 Twins, they said "the system says 2 twins" and tried to conveniently brush me off. When I insisted and asked them to change the room, they told me it was full. Then I showed them my confirmation which states 2 Queen - they called the hotel staff from the back office, and he got me my room. Meanwhile, the trainee wrote my credit card no. & expiry date at the back of their receipt - I said they shouldn't do that, people can commit credit card fraud with that info. The hotel staff offered free breakfast for my "inconvenience". 2. Room: As expected from Ibis, clean, efficient & comfortable (but you might want to avoid the 30th floor which is right underneath the rooftop - it gets noisy with chairs screeching & other sounds when they clean up at night) 3. Breakfast: I read reviews about how it's subpar and after trying it out, I now understand. The selection variety was decent, but the quality was so-so. The whole spread just felt like cafeteria food, not really something that was prepared with sincerity. I'm glad I didn't pay for it. 4. Location: Great. 5. Check-out was a breeze since I had already paid during check-in.

Room and amenities were above satisfactory compared to other Ibis. Elevators can be busy during peak hours. Facilities offered were above expectation. Service was excellent from the breakfast crew but check-in process was slow and front office team needs to improve on that aspect.

Great hotel - center location, nice rooms, excellent breakfast, free shuttle van to four landmarks in the city. If you happen to be the only passenger, they`ll take you whenever you want to go. Excellent staff. Great view of the Petronas Towers, especially from the infinity pool.

Good reception staff, Great breakfast staff, very very understanding to let us eat at 6.25am due to our need to drive off at 6.45am to golf. Swimpool immaculate condition, (note no lifeguard). Rooms are clean and facilities are good. Everything is perfect EXCEPT the bar which charges for packet nuts regardless of alcohol purchase... karaoke at the bar is good feature to have. Carpark is very convenient and safe with ladies parking area right near lifts.

Washroom was not clean. Coffee mugs and electric kettle was not clean. Looks like the same coffee mugs are washed with plain water and kept again. Hardly any veg dish in the breakfast menu other than salad, baked potato and fruits. The restaurant was not ready to prepare any Indian veg dish for breakfast and we had to adjust with just having fruits and bread.

Overall the hotel is great with good breakfast and location. Personal service in the front counter and food area have to improve, as no smiles or eye contact for attention is given. The pricing is a bit expensive and unforseeable "Tourism tax" which is not included in my actual fees on the internet and upon arrival was told to pay such fees.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days. Not until I asked for room cleaning, no one comes to do it even replaced the towels. Ibis provides shuttle service but only 4 rounds per day. The swimming pool is very small only for taking pictures.

The check in was speedy (Staff - Lynda). Room is clean and of good size with basic amenities. The shuttle bus service should run 7 days and not just Monday to Saturday. Business person only have time to sight see during weekend. Should re-consider this. I read a few review that the breakfast was really bad. So I decided to be a judge for myself. I think of all the AccorHotels that I have stayed in before this, this has the WORST breakfast spread/choice. If the choice is minimal, I will expect high quality. To my disappointment, the quality is the same at the choice, below par. Fried noodle looks like blanched noodle tossed with soy sauce and oil. The fried rice looks like again toss rice with soy. The only thing worth mentioning is the pastry if quite perfect. Flaky and crunchy at the same time. But the overall summery for the restaurant/breakfast is need a lot improvement.

I stayed here for 4 nights and generally speaking the stay was without much surprises. Check and Check out were smooth .... stay was good and generally perfect.... my only challenge was housekeeping services ... on first day i went out for work around 10 am and returned to room by 4 pm ... room was not serviced . Same for the second say went out around 10 am back by 4.30 pm and room was not serviced ... on both these days I have to speak to someone to get the service done ... everything else was ok will definitely stay here again .... and by the way they gave me a room with nice view on 22nd floor Room no 2201

I had a wonderful time in Kayla Lumpur. Very friendly people. Clean road and huge buildings. Worth of money. I felt satisfied and value of time. Local traveling like Grab car train and bus were awesome.

Located in the famous KLCC. 10-15 minutes (by car) to KLCC, Bukit Bintang, KL Tower and other signature building in Kuala Lumpur. Not much variety of foods. Fitness room should include free weights / dumbbells. Overall, it is a nice hotel for weekend getaway.
