I only had one need and that was to fix the tv. I had to go to reception on one occassion as no one answered the phone and then followed up with a phone call on the second occassion requesting someone come and fix the tv. I waited for about 45 mins until someone came up to fix the tv. The next morning the tv didn't work again.

An overall pleasant stay, with particular thanks to Lauren on the front desk, whom attempted to go the extra mile for a customer. Sadly her efforts weren't supported by the in house kitchen, whom couldn't play there part in having room service ready for a pre discussed time.

Booking was cancelled but Lauren on reception was able to track it down and re-book us for the night. She was so helpful and was also able to contact our travel agent to help with re-booking airfares. Please take careful note: We brought home the door key to room 1709. We have cut the card in pieces. The man who helped me with our booking with AirNz was struggling with four people at once so didn't notice only one card was returned. Our apologies. Pam

Room size is good and it is a well located hotel. Only issue is there wasn't complimentary water upon checking in. Have to asked from reception. Room is not cleaned properly. Coffee mugs and used coffee sachets were left in the room even after the clean up. Very disappointing

Disappointing - not the usual Pullman Standard

Disappointing - not the usual Pullman Standard Reception and Front of House Staff were polite and friendly. Housekeeping knocked and walked straight into my room despite calling out to them to wait. The Executive Lounge was closed for breakfast. It should have stayed closed for evening canapés too. There was a very limited choice (only three options) and the items were all so similar that if you didn’t like one, you wouldn’t like any of them. It made me think ‘Why bother’? Indeed, I shan’t bother with the Pullman next time.

I love Pullman. But I was disappointed that the executive lounge was closed for breakfast. I also felt that the "full buffet" breakfast was very thin indeed - very few choices.

Used my free night, although only option was upgraded room for small amount extra, so not free, add parking etc still cost, but we were staying in the city.

As a former Accor platinum member who changed hotel programs in recent years due to dissatisfaction with the Pullman Hyde Park Sydney, I thought I would give the hotel another chance a couple of years on to see if things had improved. Unfortunately besides an extremely accommodating front desk staff member who handled my unexpected and incredibly early arrival well, the stay itself was again overall disappointing. The room was average and the mini bar was not stocked full. In fact on check out the staff attempted to charge me for that very same mini bar stock that was not consumed by myself. The tap in the bathroom was constantly dripping without repair during my stay and the TV system and quality of picture is ridiculously poor in a time when HD is the norm. The staff overall were adequate but by no means friendly (apart from the fore mentioned check in staff member). It was also disappointing that as a former platinum member who has since been reverted to classic due to not using your hotel brand, I was treated as if my cash bond was vital and also needed a room inspection on check out. My membership number has not changed and I can only postulate the hotel has my previous stays on file. It certainly was not the kind of stay that would convince me to come back to your hotel brand.
