We were disappointed with the room , the lock on the sliding door didn't work, light on the outside flashed all night due to needing to be changed ...the room was run down and bathroom bench not clean and tiles dirty at over $700 a night we expected alot higher started . Also had to make my own pot of tea which took three trips to my table and watch a older lady struggle with milk which ended up on the floor with everyone walking through it " very unsafe " as the hot water nearly ended up on the floor too ! So due to being unhappy I spoke to the asstiant manger Victora who went above and beyond to help us feel more comfortable. Her service was impeccable .

Disappointed I could not get a two seat table for dinner on the first two nights . When leaving I also reported ants encroaching into the kitchen area despite no food being available or left out.

Good 2 bedroom villa, located close to main building and car park. Quiet working grounds. Loved the pool. Would be good if it were heated for all year round use. Will be back in summer!

Have been staying regularly at Pullman since the mid 2000s when was Quay West, initially as a couple now a family. Never once have we been left disappointed. The Resort is set in a stunning and relaxing setting amongst nature and a casual 2 min walk to beach. Kids club was a great new touch. Everything was very good except the food. For a five start resort it was disappointing that the local cafe has a better menu and better standard of food than the al le carte at your hotel. We've stayed a few times and I doubt we would eat there again.

Just a couple of things which relate to your restaurant. We had dinner one night and my husband ordered fish of the day $42. It was a snapper that was chewy?? The other was your buffet breakfast - coffees took over 15 minutes to arrive and omelettes were even longer and the range has gone down since the last time we stayed a few years ago. Definitely not 5*

We have stayed at Bunker every Easter for around the past 7 or 8 years or so. Warm and polite staff have never been a problem but its the little things that tend to go astray from the start and typically its maintenance related. We checked into Lakeside 605 which we paid 6 star rates for across the 4 days only to find the front door lock was faulty and we couldn't lock the door, it can be just pushed open, no effort at all... night one in an unsecured room, not a good feeling... it was attended to by maintenance the next day and fixed...but why wasn't it noted when the room was serviced prior to our arrival? Someone had placed a covid cleaning sticker over the door lock but didn't bother to note the door didn't lock or even shut properly? Move to Day 2...partner has a bath and the bath plug couldn't be opened to dump the water... again fault and another call to maintenance and yes it was fixed. As mentioned, when you are paying $550+ a night, one expects the room facilities to be more of a higher standard. Cutlery, cups, plates, only 2 of everything but a dining table that seats 4 plus? Do friends also staying have to bring their own crockery if coming to our unit for a meal? We've booked again for Easter 2022 but if things don't improve, it might be Smith's Beach for 2023. Time will tell.

Being a 5 stars hotel we had high expectations, however it didn’t quite meet those. Room was nice, a bit outdated but space and facilities were a plus. Services pre booked were not available such spa and kids club

The Pullman at Bunker Bay is a great, relaxing holiday. The staff and food are really what made the resort amazing as they were so attentive and food amazing! We ate in every night as there was no need to go out. The facilities were also great and we had amazing sleeps as the bed was so comfortable! We have rebooked for new year as we enjoyed our stay so much. I would say the resort is starting to become a bit outdated and needs some work due to the price.. For instance: - the bathrooms need to be updated and modernized (new tiles, new shower, new toilet); - the villas need a fresh paint to brighten them; - pool area needs works on tiling (maybe even the pool) and the bathrooms at the pool need a complete redo - the restaurant could use with a freshen up of seats, tables, replace the carpet and replace the light shades. All that said, they were only minor points and overall it was such a relaxing and great time. Also one last point - the location is 10/10.

Nice location and grounds with very good food and clean rooms. Service needs to improve. We got the feeling that a large majority of the staff have not been there very long, examples below. - First night restaurant was full, suggested room service or eating out. When asking the lady at the front desk and the lady at the restaurant non knew of any restaurants in the local area they could recommend. When we went to the bar to grab a bottle of wine and food for the room they didn’t seem comfortable with taking our order asked us to order from the room. We did, the last on the phone did not seem familiar with the menu. After 1.5hrs and nearly 9pm we chased our food and wine. 10 minutes later it arrived. - In the early evening when asking where we could sit for a drink the staff member seemed flustered and needed to check with a other staff member. We stood for 5 minutes until they returned and let us know we could sit at the table we were standing next to. - When ordering food at the pool the barman was not familiar with the menu, when asked if the sandwich came with chips he said no ($28) and recommend we order chips ($14). The meal came with chips. He also was not aware at first what a Coke Zero was or the local beers. - Several of the service staff had English as a second language and some struggled with understanding. - None of the TVs in our room worked. When we reported to reception we were told yes they broken we looking at them. In 3 nights they were not fixed.

I was very disappointed with te multiple service shortcomings and on the TV's not working within your villa. I was unaware of that and have since asked our Director of Rooms to provide a report to me, however I appreciate that this does not assist you now that you have left. All safe cards were not in the rooms. The soup plates are too large to allow the dishwasher to work. Some light fittings did not work and the advertised laundry facilities are only available in 2 bedroom units
