Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, buffet and location. I think someone had been smoking in the room before we were in it but the smell dissipated after a while. We really liked the calligraphy that was done for my son for Chinese New Year. It was very special!

Good location, disappointing and undermotivated staff

Arrived late about 2000 and parked at the adjacent wilsons parking. When I checked in, I was advised to sort out parking the next day so it would begin from that day onward. When I came back to do so, the receptionist named matt bluntly told me that the previous receptionist was mistaken and refused to provide any assistance. Requested 2 extra pillows none of which arrived in my room. I also requested an extra nights stay and was told hotel was full with no alternate solutions provided. It was ironic considering rooms were available on booking.com. i ended up moving to another hotel nearby which was much more accommodating and who agreed to match novotels rates. AC in room was not cold either. Overall, my stay was still ok. Rooms were clean and hotel is in a very convenient location. It would have been better if staff had been clearer, shown more initiative in catering to their guest's needs.

This is my go to motel whenever we are in Sydney!! Easy to get to and park the car. A walk to darling harbour or central station. Easy access to public transport to get around the city. The motel itself is beautiful, the staff are lovely and the twin room has twin queen beds so fits the family perfectly. This is a place I will continue to stay for years to come!!
