While it was disappointing to hear that you were not able to enjoy a seamless stay because of the traffic noise and the toilet flush, I've noted this with our maintenance team to address. Regarding the traffic noise, if you do stay with us again in the future if you mention the road noise from your last stay we will endeavour to place your booking on the other side of the building to attempt to combat this.
