In light of the challenging times faced by the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, my partner and I were incredibly pleased with the wonderful hospitality and warmth of the staff plus the luxury of our stay, for our 2 year anniversary. We did a one night stay to be on our own, love our family, but we needed time out. We had a pleasant evening. A clean comfortable room, very comfortable bed. The hotel was within walking distance for dinner, parking and the cinemas. Thanks we enjoyed ourselves.

Booked at short notice and made very welcome. Excellent room. Very well located for all city centre facilities. Had to cancel last two days of stay due to flight changes and the need to get back home. Cancellation accepted and refunded immediately. Good service, friendly staff, first choice hotel for next visit to Brisbane.

very good as usual we stay there same time every year , the only thing we noticed this time was the room was dusty ,the long black head board was covered full length with a thick layer of dust that you could see , we both have allergies and our time was short so hadn't reported it.

I understand the request probably would have been a “NO” but pretty disappointed that an email sent 24hrs before the reservation was never responded to. We had tickets to a play which due to large gatherings was canceled and tickets refunded. Understand prepaid rates not refundable, would have been amazing to reschedule or even a response from the email. And finally, the fact that you checked me in if I had arrived, even though I hadn’t, then registered my name for express checkout the next day. Then sent me the survey to review the stay I was charged for and could not make. Really makes your customer service look terrible.

Very good location, friendly staff, beautiful breakfast. We found that the bed throw was badly stained when we arrived. I left a note for the housekeeper about that but obviously it was not read. When we checked out I told her as I saw her on the corridor. I didn't want to complain as I am Accor staff but I believe it was not right to keep it for the next guests. On another hand, I was deducted $5 for mini bar and we didn't have a thing from there. And upon arrival I was deducted $18 and then $1 and I have no clue the reason for it. I thought I might have it back on my bank account but it didn't happen.

Noise from road works nearby was a little annoying, hot water in shower was very slow to get hot and TV remote would not increase sound so a waste of time to watch tv. Otherwise love the hotel for location, comfort and usual staff friendliness and efficiency. I will return.

The staff at the Pullman were all extremely professional and friendly. No request was too hard and help was offered without being asked. I stayed for 3 days and every single staff member exhibited the same level of exceptional service. The bed was heaven.

I stayed for one night but managed to try the rooftop bar and also checked out the gym. It is handy with taxi ring outside and is a short drive to most locations.

Originally I was checked into a room with a known broken aircon .... I’m medically heat sensitive and after a few hours of being very hot and almost fainting I contacted reception who discovered the issue and sent someone to help me Move rooms ... they upgraded me to a suit and were extremely quick acting and pro active about the situation making it easier on me and fixing the issue quickly. Brendan on reception fixed everything and was amazing... Thankyou Brendan!
