The Staff were great and the service was great, we stayed in a Spa suite which was nice and clean, the robes were amazing, but the pillows definitely need updating they were really flat and all the same. I do think Accor members should get some kind of discount on parking when it is $50 per day when staying in the more expensive range of rooms, but overall it was a good place to stay and in a really good location.

We had a lovely stay. My only negative feedback is that the room curtains seem to have lost a few of their hooks and didn't cross over in the middle so when the sun came up in the morning it was bright light coming through the bigger than I expected crack in the curtains..

Check out is listed as 10:30am. Maid opened our door at 9:56am while we were having a coffee on the balcony. I rang and ask about breakfast in the morning, as when my husband checked in there was no mention of it, and there was no info inside the room. Reception staff had to double check that breakfast was included. I was told automatically that it wasn’t, but after I assured the receptionist that I had a confirmation email listing ‘bed and breakfast’, she looked into it further. There were no bathrobes or slippers despite this being listed on my booking confirmation. Upon checkout my husband went to pay via eftpos. The receptionist automatically launched into her credit card surcharge speech and seemed taken back when my husband said it was a debit card. When my husband checked in the day before (we were staying there for our wedding night as our reception was at Sixteen Antlers), he was asked whether he was staying there that night or just getting ready there. Considering we paid for the room, I would have thought that was irrelevant.

Whilst i cannot make amends for what happened i would like the opportunity to make up for this. Sofitel transferred my booking. Due to becoming Quarantine hotel.

Asked about complimentary drink always received @ Sofitel. Reception said wasn't stated. Asked for a different pillow didn't receive. Restaurant staff was great but the food was average. Not the same quality standard as Sofitel's Restaurant. Maintenance guy was good only easy fix my AC also half flusher on toilet wasn't working mentioned it and was fixed. Overall all staff was courteous and welcoming. Foyer visually and feeling was not welcoming. It is too dark. Location is good same as Sofitel.

From the moment of entering The Pullman King George Square was a wonderful experience. THe staff bent over backwards to get us into our room ASAP. We arrived at 1020am just happyu to drop our luggage off and come back at 200pm. But Sam contacted housekeeping and requested an update on our room. To be told 10 mins. So we went into Goldfinch Coffee Shopo and had a lovely coffee in a beautiful atphosphere. We then got a call to say our room was ready. So we had a great start to out mini break.

Very welcoming from beginning to end. Easy access to restaurants and lovely parklands. Very safe and secure. We celebrated my birthday with lovely food, and shopping experiences. The only downside was the hefty parking fee. $50 per day seems a bit steep… Thank you to all the staff we interacted with, particularly the restaurant staff.

As we were attending an event at City Hall, we chose to stay at the Pullman for convenience. It has been recommended by friends many times over the years. We could not be more pleased with our experience. The room was large and comfortable, with the size of the en suite being a very pleasant surprise. The bed was very comfortable. We dined in the Goldfinch restaurant on several occasions during our stay, and were not disappointed, with both the food and the service proving to be outstanding. The reception staff, especially Jordan, were extremely helpful with our few minor requests for help. Overall a 10/10, we will certainly be looking at the Pullman for our next stay in Brisbane.

We stayed at Pullman & WE WILL BE BACK! Thank you to the team for their hospitality and amazing customer service. Thank you so much for making our stay incredible, the occasion was my partners birthday and we were so happy with everything. From the upgrade to the high floor to the generous chocolate dish that was left - SO YUMMY. The room was immaculate, everything clean and beautiful. Buffet brekkie had everything, i loved everything. Another great stay at the Pullman KGS. The hotel. The hotel & the restaurant is bright & open. My upgraded room was comfortable, cool on entry & quiet on the top floor & away from the lift ..3 ticks for that. The staff are fabulous from walk in & I am truly looked after. The amenity is always refreshing & hearty. I'll be back soon with night booked for both Christmas & New Year. It was a bonus to see the Penrith NRL team leave the hotel on their way to Grand Final victory.

Transfered to the Pullman after our booked accommodation was found not to have the facilities we needed, namely a shower suitable for elderly, a guest office that we could use to update our G2G pass to return to WA. and a Restaurant that was open at night. The Pullman had all of the requirements. We were made very welcome by Sam and James, and a room found for an early check in, much appreciated. The rooms are spacious, shower bath with a grab rail, full safety for the elderly. The Gold Finch restaurant is open breakfast/lunch/dinner with quality food at a good price. The staff are well trained team under the supervision of Jenna, a very pleasant young lady. A rooftop bar, floor 16 was available for afternoon/evening drinks, though it got a little crowded due to being used for outside drink parties, otherwise a pleasant way to watch the sun set over Brisbane. Would stay there again, should we return to Brisbane, Covid permitting as it is an easy walk to Central train station for transfers from the Airport and over the road from Bus station.
