All interactions with staff were excellent, the service standards are brilliant. Room and location are excellent. Beds comfortable and my ALL account preferences were honoured despite me booking the wrong room type. Only room for development would be the food at the on-site rooftop bar, unfortunately was cold and rather over priced.

Location of the accomodation is perfect. But was really disappointed to find the shower had not been cleaned effectively as used showering products where found within the shower area & dirty cup saucers found in cupboard. Quiet alarming considering current times.

Our recent stay at the Brisbane Pullman was excellent. Great central location in easy walking distance of the GOMA for the art exhibition and Suncorp Stadium for the rugby. We appreciated the upgrade from the Mercure. Nice airy and well lit restaurant with attentive staff. The only small gripe is with the lighting in the room and bathroom. Both were awful. However we would definitely come back again.

Last minute booking made to surprise my husband with the Wallabies vs France game. Also being our 1st time at the Pullman, it gave us a chance to test the waters to make a decision on the venue for upcoming birthday and anniversary. I initially made an enquiry for the reservation directly with the hotel as no availability showed on my ALL app, and was offered a room without any issue. I checked the app again and there was availability so booked through there but still communicated with the staff via email as I had a few questions being the 1st time to stay. Then a colleague mentioned the Emergency Services discount, so I ended up cancelling the initial booking and replacing with the better rate which I communicated with the hotel to avoid confusion. Our requests were transferred to the new booking without issue. It was a short but nice 1 night stay, my husband had an unsettled night (health issues) and staff extended our late checkout without hesitation. I'd enquired if possible to view different room categories to assist my decision of where to have my birthday; and the staff were more than accommodating which I appreciated very much and ultimately led to confirming our stay in August which was originally pencilled in for the Sofitel. A personalised card and great fruit platter was in our upgraded room upon arrival which was a nice touch. Sparkling water also but no still water. We're looking forward to our next stay of 5 nights; we're always quite hesitant now when trying out new properties after some very poor experiences without even accounting for being an Accor Plus member at various levels, and im happy to say everything was great, from the room, staff, restaurant and rooftop bar. The most minor suggestion for improvement is that we didn't realise there was a priority check in - I may have missed signage but couldn't see it when entering. After walking behind the reception desk to get to the other elevators I did see the signage on the rear desk, but as I said that's minor.

We stayed there so we could walk to Suncorp Stadium which was wasn’t far at all only took about 15 mins. The restaurant down stairs was only half full but after waiting 20 minutes no one came to take a drink order or food order we left. When we got back from the rugby there was a heap of us wanting to go to the bar but they only had the one on 16th floor which is small. There was 2 functions which only left a couple of seats and alcoves which were full. So we all left and went elsewhere. Nice room but lucky it’s close to mall.

Good hotel, lovely facilities, appreciated the room upgrade You seem to have a customer flow problem, at reception. Check in took 15 mins, with multiple team members ignoring customers and staring at the computer instead; the lady in front of me complained other people were being served ahead of her. The same thing was happening when i left. I also got told I had to pay an additional $50 to leave my car parked after I had checked which I thought was weird

All great except ... Bar next to Goldfinch closed === Food generally not as good as usual (no Rueben sandwich on Room Service for example) === Breakfast was run as smorgasbord and menu, we took the menu option because of Covid and it was served so quickly that it must have come from the smorgasbord anyway, we also saw a diner at the smorgasbord sniff a tray of food with her nose almost touching the food, this made us feel sick!

Check-in staff were amazing aswell as Liam from the bar upstairs. However the hotel just seemed a little outdated. For example the hooks on the back of the door were broken and carpet stained.

Lovely room, spoilt by tiny old fashioned television and noisy air conditioner. Tv actually broke down whilst watching a program. Facilities are good, lovely dining room and cafe. Food was terrible and my wifes meal had to be re done because the chicken snitzel was burnt. Second attempt wasnt much better. However we still enjoyed our stay with the location of the building being paramount to our enjoyment.

A one night stay for a night out with friends at Gambaro's Seafood Restaurant. We decided to stay overnight here. Large room with a comfy king bed. Work desk area which was put to good use, bathroom was big but had our pet hate which is a shower bath. However, it is quite low set and not too deep so my wife who suffers from hip and knee issues managed to navigate it without too much trouble

Was disappointed to be located right by the elevator from the get go, when I asked to change I was re-located to on of the lowest level and on the very busy street. Staff was not friendly and my Gold status did not make any difference (apparently because my company books through an Agent!). Toilets were leaking and therefore making a constant noise.

Lovely hotel, exceptional service from all staff. Beautiful comfy bed, we used our suite upgrade - very nice indeed. Breakfast was great. Close to everywhere with plenty of public transport available outside.

We stayed at the Pullman for old times sake as we used to stay here on business years ago when it was the Crest Hotel . The Hotel ticked all our boxes especially as the Staff were very friendly and co-operative at all times .
