Now travel restrictions are easing it was good to be able to go to a hotel that I have used before , even with staff changes the service was awesome and they were welcoming I always stay at the Novotel when in Sydney and its always a pleasure

Stayed for the location. Great experience on arrival and looked after very well. Had dinner that night and the service was dreadful. Went to the bar to get our drinks only to be told to wait at the table and she will be with us soon only to watch other guest being served at the bar whist we waited. We made comment and was offered complementary drinks. When the food arrived we asked for our complementary drinks, we finished our meal and left before our drinks arrived. The drinks finally arrived some time later to our room. We pay a premium for extra service and when standard service is lacking this leaves a sour taste. We understand the COVID situation makes this hard but standard service is lacking

Check in was efficient and friendly. Received a room upgrade to a loft ‘apartment’ which was fantastic. This room has two bathrooms and two televisions which was a nice surprise. Plenty of natural light with views over Parramatta which I loved. Located on the river, it’s an extremely short walk to cafes, restaurants, theatres, BankWest Stadium, Westfield, etc. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to eat at the restaurant but the menu looked great. Service from all staff I encountered was exceptional. Pool area was closed due to the Corona situation. Definitely a great place to stay when in Parramatta.

We were travelling as my baby son needed emergency surgery at Westmead the next day. The staff member who took our booking was lovely, provided a low rate and an upgrade so we would have more room.

Great customer service super happy, the room was so clean and lovely except the street view level 5 it was very noisy at night with people walking the streets still after 3am. Wasn’t an ideal room for children.

welcome, checkin and rooms were good, no food, no room service after 8 and no room snacks was a surprise and resulted in going to bed hungry after an early flight into Sydney that morning

Staff need to be taught the importance of social distancing and also reinforce this to their guests upon entering the hotel and restaurant. My husband and myself were unable to relax and enjoy our dinner during our stay, due to restaurant staff standing incredibly close to us when taking our order and bringing our food to our table. After dinner, another restaurant patron proceeded to come up to our table and bend down into our 2 year olds face and try to engage with him. By this time we were so over the relaxed atmosphere of staff and guests during this time that we had to cut over dinner short. Certainly makes me uncomfortable and hesitant to book further stays with the hotel in the future.

Staff seemed friendly initially giving me a upgrade to a superior king room. Thinking there was a bar and house keeping arriving 8.30pm after a long drive thought I could make the most of it and relax with a wine. Had a mini fridge with nothing in it why have it? The room had one wine glass, I rang reception and said it was closed and could not get food or drink. The pillows were uncomfortable and only 3 pillows for my partner to share. House keeping did not answer. I heard every dump truck and by morning had no sleep, a sore neck which was a bad start to my day in Sydney. The location was good close to the funeral attending. Was very disappointed overall as the room was a nice size. There was only a choice of 3 different tea bags. I think we were given a unfinished room. It was tidy and clean however.

Our stay at Novotel Parramatta was lovely. We're initially told no accessible rooms were available when I booked due to renovations but they worked hard to have one ready when we stayed. The room was very clean and well presented, staff were very friendly. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed for 6 nights as my bathroom was getting renovated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was great I was thinking I would have to use Uber eats everyday but we had a great breakfast and dinners. Rooms nice and clean

Plz don’t post up Honestly wen I walked in it looked pretty customer service was good. The room had dirty cups looked like they were used with all dried food n marks on it there was no cutlery in the room at all the mini bar was empty there was nothing to use to wipe down or clean anything if I wanted to the spa had a cigarette burn on it the spa barely worked properly room service didn’t start till 3pm this was my anniversary trip and honestly felt like I had to do all the work instead of relax most of the time.

under the circumstances with Covid19 things have been good the staff have been great, I needed to travel from Dubbo once a month to visit a doctor and they have been affordable

Ok, found it hard to get in the driveway. Had to drive around the block trying to figure out how to get in. No prior information on this. Booking date was wrong and took just a little while to figure out what was going on. I had a confirmation with the correct details. A/C in room stuck on freezing. No adjustment would make it work properly. I set the room temp to 25 degrees but after several hours it was still freezing. Winter. Gym was closed for what reason? Covid 19, really. Can't you clean the equipment? hec I will clean the equipment. I could go to a paid gym down the road but your was closed why. When you are having a shower there is nowhere to hang your towel in reach of the shower. The front door gets stuck when you try to open or close. The light switch at the front door did nothing to the lights in the room. Had to walk around in the freezing dark trying to find light switch.
