Check in was slow. No urgency at front desk. Tried to check in before 3pm however waited for a long time. The room needs a make over, carpet is terrible. Had to ring up room service to get 2 wine glasses. What happened to the mini bar service? I would stay at Pullman Albert Park again.

Dissatisfaction through the following: - attempted to check in at 2pm, only to be told room wasn’t ready. - booked room based on other promos (e.g fuel voucher) only told this wasn’t available and have to chase up being reimbursed for this. - room wasn’t clean!

The restaurant was closed so the range of food was very poor. eating in the lobby bar area especially when there are huge events on in the hotel that took over the bar area was not a good situation.

This was the second event of 700+ people that we have hosted at the Pullman. The first was in 2019, which was much more enjoyable than the experience this year. The staff at the venue were incompetent, especially at the front desk and for accommodation (my bag was lost and the time it took for a solution was appalling). The event staff were ok, but there were too few of them resulting in inattentive service and disgruntled patrons/clients.
