Best service ever, booked late not an issue. Check in was easy. Room was clean and above expectations. Breakfast was one of the best I have had hotel or restaurant

Couple of nights including new year’s eve, kids enjoyed the stay, good facilities, right across albert park. Pretty busy during the check in time. Bar, Pool and Gym was excellent. Good access to lot of restaurants around.

Emma and her staff know how to do it - everything was provided that we needed for a 4-day break: attentive staff at the front counter, in the bar and restaurant and cleaners. Chefs are second to none - beautifully cooked food. Reluctant to leave. Great access to many of Melbourne's sights such as Botanical Gardens.

This hotel is our local getaway hotel. We love the location and service we get. What was noticeable on this stay was that it was going to be a different style of Christmas. The new Covid way is well maintained and everything was clean. The staff was very pleasant. We had a Covid style Xmas dinner and enjoyed it. What made it more special was several of the f&b team was the same ones that served us the previous year. Thank you for keeping our Christmas tradition and see you next Christmas

Room is fine and bed is comfortable. However, the carpet was stained and the curtain has many broken holes on it. The zipped bed was not zipped together so the bed was apart when sleep on it at night.

I was a return business traveller to the Pullman at Albert Park; this was the first Melbourne visit for the new 'COVID era'. All the changes were completely reasonable and the service levels considering the changed demands around hospitality were handled fantastically. Despite the venues/amenities not all being open there was not reduction in the quality. Staff were friendly and helpful; status was well acknowledged with hugely generous evening canapes on offer (I skipped dinner on both nights I was here since the canapes/platter offer was so huge!). Was given a very generous room upgrade to a oversized room overlooking Lake Albert which was definitely appreciated. Will return again for future business trips to Melbourne.

It may be because it COVID time, i found the hotel lacked any ambience or atmosphere. There was no warmth, no foyer music and not much of a welcome. Maybe because you are on reduced staff? The rooms were not equip for people staying in them during COVID, the hotel should specifically ask, what can we do to make your stay more comfortable? A simple question that could go a long way. If people are staying in rooms majority of the time, stock it up with plates, knives, drinking cups etc. Happy for them to be plastic but at least have them there for convenience. Otherwise the rooms amenities were not practical for Covid times. The hotel doesn't seem to have thought proactively about how to look after customers in a different environment like Covid. There's plenty of room for improvement

The room I stayed in looked old a tired. I was under the impression it was a 5 star hotel. Stained towels, ripped curtains and no dressing gowns gave me a different impression.

Very pleased with our stay, only problem was getting the room to a comfortable temperature, also very cold in the lounge room/bar area.

We booked the wrong Pullman location to begin with. We accidentally booked at Pullman by the Park, and we arrived Pullman Albert Park thinking this is the location we had booked for. Although the team could not find out booking, they were able to provide us with a room at the same cost. The staff were very thorough in providing sanitised pens for us, and ensured they too kept their distance, which demonstrates their action and response to covid-19. Such a great experience and courteous staff. Thank you kindly.

The room was great and had a hottub, (which I never used due to a waste of so much water), but I did book a room with Lounge Access. The hotel knew the lounge was closed but was still happy to take my money and booking.
