there are lots of small spiders in the laundry room and I was hit by spider webs on the face. Later treated by the hotel. otherwise, its a good quiet place which also has good value and service response time.

The staff are far from friendly and helpful. However, bar staff are good. Shower Tap head fell down . Bi- folded doors broken , can stay outside and enjoy the view.

« Beautiful place to relax »

Our visit was a surprise get-away for my husband as it was his birthday. We had a relaxing dip in the lagoon pool, a lovely walk to the beach and a delicious meal in the restaurant. Breakfast was of equal top quality. The room was excellent: clean and spacious as well as well appointed. Every area of the report is in beautiful, leafy surroundings with lakes and water features throughout. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very quiet ,comfortable apartment. Grounds and buildings very clean and pleasant. Only small downside was the restaurant wasn’t open, only the bistro.

A 5 star establishment this is.not. The air conditioning in the apartment was filthy and had not been cleaned A 5 star establishment doesnt close its restaurant.and only offer bar food The staff are great.and that the saving grace

We experienced a late check in at 3.30 due to unforeseen weather. Our dishwasher didn't work, so had to hand wash. Breakfast orders in the restaurant both mornings were delayed and not placed through one morning and the other our order went to someone else, service here was not the greatest. Accommodation setting was gorgeous.

We found the resort lovely. The staff were amazing and the facilities were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. The only problem we had was the air conditioning system in our villa was not working.

This was a truly delightful experience, from the staff - all truly exceptional!, the beautiful Villa, pools and surroundings, to one of the best dining experiences I have had in the last 15 year's in Barretts restaurant and their wonderful, delightful staff to the amazing Vie Spa - I did ask if they would keep me permanently!!

« Nice room, great stay and improvements required »

Check in was delayed as unit is not ready. Requested unit close to pool and this was fulfilled. Breakfast was a let down as it was stated as buffet but it wasn't so we did not go back. No Improvements to access the beach. 11 years ago was our last visit and the access to the beach has no improvements. Too far and no proper walkway, not even wooden planks.

As Accor plus member check in without room upgrade not even late check out- need to vacant room by 10:30am. Don’t feel welcome for Accor member. Studio room is small, tried and date, will not return
