Staff where great, very helpful. The rooms and facilities where a little tired, carpets worn, just a little lacklustre. After travelling for a few weeks the wash room and dryer where appreciated - although a little pricey at $5 a pop. The breakfast was nice, overpriced, better of going further afield and trying cafes or restaurants on the wharf or elsewhere - lots of good food, with views! Overall was OK, however, I would look at other accommodation if coming back again.

The front desk people were very friendly. The view of our apartment was good. However the room was 6/10 clean. The fridge was smelling as if rotting fish or prawns had been left in there for a while. Some of the towels appeared dirty and had strange marks on them. The non-ensuite bathroom could do with a proper clean and perhaps even fixing the soap holder in the shower. The sink tap in the ensuite was leaking. Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty. Overall, despite the cleanliness hiccups, the location of the hotel, the friendly and welcoming receptionist and the size of the apartment was absolute amazing.

May have BED BUGS in this hotel. Unprofessional services

I’m very regret to choose your hotel, especially you are under I have all PHOTOS took, include my skin rushes, my baby skin rushes, dust on the wall, old musty facilities and etc. I will happy to send you this photos if you are interesting. There are several reasons I am writing this review and I was waiting for your hotel GM contact me after I check out, and as you can see you didn’t, which push me to writing this review and complain on public telling everyone my true story who want to stay with you in the future, don’t stay cause the money you spend is not deserve go to other hotel please!!! Let’s getting start. I was working for hotels years before I got my baby and I know what exactly how to run a hotel. This is one reason I’m so ANGRY, what you are playing. I’m a two babies mother toke my babies(2 years old and 1month), mother, partner and nanny to have one night stay at Sunshine Coast, check in at 17/12 check out at 18/12 at Room 709. And I was looking for an ocean view apartment, which I choose this hotel on And the nightmare is coming after I check in. I believe I spend 600AUD/night for a two bedroom apartment deserve a not very bad service, but you really disappointed me by these points. Firstly, all of us include babies felt so itchy, and start to have some rushes if our skin direct have contact with the curtain and sofa, so we start to avoid had direct contact with these places. I try to stop my 2 year old baby, that it’s very hard to do so if you have child you know. Secondly, when I was lay down on the main bedroom’s bed I start to feel itchy, but it was tired after one day trip, so I tried to accept that and I thought it won’t be that kind bad, it just because my skin is so sensitive. However, I knew I was totally wrong because I woke up at 4 o’clock at morning and I was freak out that I have more rushes on my right leg (I was wearing long sleeve sleeping pajamas). So I start to do some room inspection because I couldn’t asleep at all and start to worries about my 2 years old kid will have some problems. After I done room inspection I was so ANGRY again because I doubt there are BED BUGS on our bed at that (I’m not sure cause my partner and kid was sleeping I can’t check very carefully. The problems I found out was musty smell and dusty in the room, and some food debris on walls. I think the cleaning standard should be higher especially COVID-19 period. Secondly, it’s about staff. After I did room inspection I went to reception report to night manager at 5 o’clock. His reaction and answer was professional, and he promised me he gonna report to General Manager at morning. However, the morning receptionist didn’t know anything about my situations until I asked. I think he is a freshman cause he was shaking when he doing check out, and he told me GM is off cause it is Saturday. I was very unhappy cause he totally didn’t get any hand over from last shift and no one apology about what it happened. I hope you will improve your service and cleaning standard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as your holiday stay. And looking forward your manager contact me.

When we walked into our room (1 bedroom ocean view apartment) we were blown away by the size of it! Not to mention the great features like the Spa & large shower, walk in robe, huge Kitchen, massive balcony & a very comfy bed that I slept like a baby in. Overall the accommodation standard exceeded expectations. Perfect for Independent Holiday makers that are also wanting something a little more luxurious.

The hotel reception staff need training on their systems and customer service. We had been booked in and they were calling us at night to find out when We were arriving! We requested an item to be bought to the room, hours later we went to reception to find out where it was, they forgot about our request. When we checked out they did not offer a receipt, they advised we would receive it by enail, still waiting 7 days later.
